I ordered & received a nasal snore device (sleepaid- stop snoring)but when I tried to put it in my nose it was way too tight due to the nasal pillows were too short & too close together so that when I took it out of my nose it pulled it apart
The product receipt states "100% satisfaction guaranteed", but after submitting a request via email with photos as they requested, they replied with:
"We will fully examine the photos and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product (Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost) or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment"
So I replied with:
"The product receipt states "100% satisfaction guaranteed", not upon your review & approval!
I'm a big guy (6'3" & 300lbs) that little thing won't even fit over my nostrils, it's so narrow & they are too sh

I ordered bundles that contained lightsabers eachThese lightsabers were advertised to be total FX Rouge lightsabers
When I received them in the mail they were not what they advertised it to beI received lightsabers, but they are all plastic and could be bought from a kids store for dollars eachI paid for each bundle totaling up to total for these cheap plastic lightsabers

Received the product BROKENWas told by Storehouse Products on October 23, after emailing them pictures of said broken product I would receive a full refund within business days
Their email back on the issue "I sent a request to our refund team and rest assured that this will be attended to immediately
It usually takes up to business days for the refund to reflect back to your accountPlease check with your financial institution (if there are steps to process on their end in order to acquire said refund)

I had filled a complaint concerning this business not sending my productThat issue was resolvedNow the next issue is that the product that I paid $for is of very inferior qualityI have checked similar items of this quality and am not pleased at all with the price I was chargedI emailed the company's customer service deptlast week and have gotten no responseI went to their web site concerning returns and saw I needed an order number as one of the criteria for a returnI never received an order number so therefore I can not start the return process

Order $100+ in product from this company a week before ChristmasProduct still has not arrived I have contact customer service multiple times and have received the response "We cannot cancel your order or refund your money since your order is in process" I then ask for shipment tracking (which I paid expedited for) and they will not supply a tracking number Company no long responds to my inquires I disputed the charges with my credit card company ***

Purchased a halloween costume and it was not delivered by Halloween and still has not been delivered Ordered on 10/22/

months after the purchase, even paying $plus for expedited shipping, never got the productThe package they sent was cleared by the customs but it was sent to another addressContacted the company (that now changed its name to NinDiscounts for some reason) and never got an answerOrder #XXXXX confirmed on 12/8/

they are a sham I ordered something from them and getting the run around saying that my idem is in transit I look it up and it is still in*** I bought it back *** I would recomend you DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Item never received customer service will not return any of my emails

Saw their add for "realistic" light sabresAs my son is so much into Star Wars I thought it would be a great presentIt took over a month to arrive, but I accepted that as due to being Christmas But the product was so poor, cheap and pathetic that I ended up not even giving it to my sonI had just spent AUD $and it turns out the $one I got from Target previously was better
