I bought what was described as *** durable enough for adults to use They claimed it was a $item on sale for $ What I received was a plastic child's toy That I have literally seen hanging in a store for $and the packaging named the product ***" When I emailed them demanding to return it because it was not even a little bit what was described on the website, the response I received roughly said "We are sorry you haven't received your shipment yet With the holiday season we have been really busy and I hope you receive it soon." I then replied, "What are you talking about? I told you I received it and wanted to return your cheap piece of junk," I did not receive a reply emails later I had to report it to my credit card company***

I ordered one RC Excavator and one toy dump truck from Storehouse Products on 12/14/and when I checked the credit card charges I was charged for three items I responded to their initial thanks for the purchase email to me on 12/14/explaining that I had only wanted one of each toy, and got no response A welcome email came on 1/16/and I responded again that I only wanted one of each toy item On 12/18/I received the invoice with charges for RC Excavators, and I responded with an email asking that the order be corrected to only one I also sent an email to their customer service, as they give no address for sending letters for complaints After attempting to resolve this issue through at least emails with no response, I disputed the charge for the extra RC Excavator with my credit card, and immediately received an email from ***, Head of Customer Support asking me to reconsider and offered a $discount I again replied to the email that I only
