My intention was to purchase a single pack of two total FX rogue lightsabersI was instead charged over AUD for two of these packsI don't know how this happened and I have reached out to Storehouse Products to resolve this issue via their customer service email and by replying to the emails they sent to me after my purchase asking for a full refund for the second packAs of the filing of this complaint I have not received any reply from the companyIt should also be noted that after attempting to contact the company I conducted some research and found that the product that I purchased was vastly different to what was advertised
*** They advertised a quality product probably ripped from you tube and deliver cheap knock off goodsThey are misusing trademarked names and images in order to get you to buy significantly cheaper goods
Then they fail to honor their "100% satisfaction guaranteed" promise listed with the advertisement for the product
I purchased a "metal" channel excavator and the product I received was completely plasticI spent a good deal of money-$US, and when I have tried to contact the company, the response I received was that they only refund items if they are defectiveI would have no problem if I could receive the correct product, but it seems they are unwilling to make good on the incorrect product
I received the lightsaber they both were defective they won't turn on and they were missing parts in addition to this I also the Droid robot the head will not stay on itThese products were advertised totally different the video is misleading the lightsabers in the video on much larger
This company advertises a radio controlled metal excavator toyWhen I received the product it is made entirely of plasticI contacted the company be email, (*** *** ) and was told they do not offer refunds unless the product is defectiveI feel this is advertising

After the purchase, however, I did some research in them and found Storehouse was selling a very cheap product that was nothing like what was advertisedI saw numerous stories where people were sent a cheap, faulty product, and when petitioning for a refund were given the run-aroundI also saw numerous Revdex.com complaints regarding a number of product, integrity, and customer service issues

They billed my visa for $39.95USD and $31.96USD (NOW I know where the 20% off landed)
