We explained to client in agreement AND in a quality control recording that we charge a nominal fee for document preparation, and that it is not necessary to use a third party, we went over everything with client and completed all the work per as the agreement and furthermore client obtained what we discussedWe cannot reimburse for something that was done properly

Client received consolidation and was fully advised by the agreement and a quality control recording that he was paying for the document preparation services.Client received the correct repayment plan on two of his loans, and interfered with the other two loans which were to be consolidated, by calling them and advising them not to consolidate them by mistake, client breached the agreement he entered with us when client asked for us to do the paperwork on his behalf and consolidate all loans by filing the proper applications.Even though we did the work on half of his loans, we went ahead and remitted full reimbursement per client's request, since we were not able to complete the work on all the loans

We do document preparation work We went over what we do with the client in writing and in a recording, stating we do the document preparation work and we DO NOT take over anyone's loans We prepared the document for client per her request, and based on the information client provided she was eligible to obtain a repayment program, in which she has been in since February In this program the DOE changes client's servicer to fedloan servicing, once again, something out of our control SLC rendered services to client in full and we cannot reimburse client for something that was done right

Spoke with client and asked him to send the document he received reflecting a incorrect repayment, after speaking with him client became unresponsive and has not returned my numerous calls or emails.Client probably received the correct repayment and felt it was unnecessary to get back in touch with me

We went ahead and reimbursed the client even though the work was done for two consecutive years, all we held was the secondary doc prep for the application in the amount of Client claimed she has a new born and needs the funds paid for the services to make ends meet, even though the document preparation process was done twice, and with that in mind, we reimbursed the client partially and considered the work done in a charitable manner
