Once again, we completed the repayment plan with great lakes in which you obtained a repayment, and now your loans are in the process of being paid off and transferred to fedloans by the DOE

We advised client of all fees, and that she didn't need to pay anyone to do this, in writing and verbally in a quality control recording, we completed the doc prep work as promised, we can't reimburse client for completing the work as discussedClient also received payment she qualified for
Nothing else we can do for client

Client requested to cancel before we completed the document preparation process back in Feb23rdReimbursed client per her request

We did the documents to transfer, change repayment plan and consolidate client's federal loans, which processed correctly We also did the documents with GreatLakes which granted client a repayment for the next months. Loan note is in the process of being transferred
to Fedloans from GreatLakes. We did the work and completed the documents client hired us to do, client should be content with the document preparation work completed

We prepared the documents for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program in which you are currently in due to us completing the work you contracted us to do, in exchange for a nominal feeWe made it clear in a recording stating what you were paying for and what you ere receiving in exchange

That is not the response or agreement I made after the company continued harassing phone calls! The horrible customer service just continuesI really can't stand the fact that I wasted such an amount of money to be shaftedI feel at this point an apology and refund is definitely deservedIt keeps getting worseThe company is just ridiculous!

correct repayment plan, by paying us fill out the application on her behalf.Client in the complaint itself stated she knew what she was paying for and received what was discussed.We cannot refund for something that was done properly

We reimbursed her 117, per her request, since she felt that we did not relay her updated address to her servicer and that our customer service could be improved, which we are diligently working to correct, we appreciate her constructive criticism. Thank you. Best regards,

I'm [redacted], and my complaint, #[redacted], needs to be reopened because no resolution was found and I do not agree with the businesses statements regarding their attempts to contact me. Please tell me what avenues to go down in order to reopen my complaint and submit this information. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.What Student Loan Counsel fails to tell Revdex.com is that they, acting as a loan counseling service, have a conversation immediately prior to the conversation that they record with their clients, wherein they coach the clients on the responses that should be given during the conversation. Student Loan Counsel is negligent in providing the service that is paid for. If I did not want or believe that "professional" loan counseling was a good idea, I would not have sought out this service. A service, again, wherein clients are relying upon a company to guide them in the best way possible.My wife sought out SLC initially and then connected me to our original sales person _____. That person, after having multiple communications with my wife (phone and email), then submitted paperwork stating that I am single, when in-fact I am not. I am also not the primary account holder on my on federal student loan account because of SLC's submitting of documents that I never saw. My tax information is incorrect... If SLC denies coaching their clientele prior to recording, I suggest that Revdex.com have someone pose as a client to this company. SLC has manipulated me into a situation where I now have to clean up an unnecessary mess with my federal student loans. Practices by this company are unethical and unacceptable.   Thank you, Revdex.com, for your assistance thus far.

My loans were in default and I purchased their services to get them consolidated. After being given 5 different dates of when this would be completed, it was finally consolidated on 7/27/15. Yes, I was most certainly rude and extremely frustrated by the time the 3rd date was given. I filed this complaint one week prior to 7/27, not knowing the loans would be in consolidation on this date. Once Student Loan Counsel received my complaint, I received 3 calls and 2 emails on 8/28 asking me to let you guys know my issue has been resolved, which I sent a message on 8/29/15. At no time was I refunded for the money I paid and I do have an email from [redacted] stating this. As of today, I consider the issue resolved. While Im satisfied with what Student Loan Counsel did with my loans, the overall process to get here could be improved.

You did not make a payment due to us filing the necessary paperwork which granted you a 0 repayment.  You hired us to do the document preparation, which we completed on your behalf, if you wanted to do the application yourself, you should have cancelled and did it yourself.

Prospect was made aware of all costs associated with us doing the application for her in writing and verbally.  Prospect never became client. Prospect's file has been deleted from our system per her request.

Franklin contacted us to go over the informational session with [redacted], counselor went over the information with him, and did not contact him back. Not sure if he filled out something somewhere else online and received calls from other companies.Either way, in response to the prospects request,...

everything has been deleted, as we do not keep personal information that does not proceed with our document preparation more than 48 hours in our system, as it is a liability.I hope this clarifies the prospects complaint.
