We apologize for any inconvenience Ms [redacted] experienced however she was already told she would receive a full refund only a few days before this complaintWe ask that she allow a few days to simply process the remainder of her refund as the fees she is requesting are third-party bank fees which we use for our clients' protectionAlthough we normally do not refund these fees (as they do not belong to our company) we have done so for Ms [redacted] due to the inconvenience she experienced.However, Ms***' application process was delayed by her own doing as she provided income figures that differed from her actual incomeWe wish Ms [redacted] the best and hope she is satisfied with not only a full refund but a new, lower monthly payment on her student loans

We apologize for any inconvenience MsJ [redacted] experienced and would like her to know her application was processed on 9/Unfortunately, our office has to wait for our clients to sign the application before we can submit anything and our documents often need to be sent to servicers more than once In addition, these applications can sometimes take up to days which we cannot control We wish MsJ [redacted] the best and invite her to contact us for an update on her application during business hoursIn regard to her monthly membership fee, we have forwarded her complaint to the appropriate company as she is referring to a separate service with a different companyIn the meantime, we will reach out to MsJ [redacted] to resolve this complaint with her directly as well

Student Loan Processing Center takes any and all complaints very seriouslyWe spoke with Ms [redacted] on 5/and let her know that not only do we apologize for the error, any overdraft fees incurred would be reimbursed right awayIn addition, due to the inconvenience, we will be providing the service to her at no charge We wish Ms [redacted] the best and invite her to call our customer service department if she has additional questions or concernsHowever, we would like to address her claim that this process is simply a few mouse clicks from being completedIn actuality, we have helped thousands of clients with their applications many of whom attempted to do so on their own prior to contacting usUnfortunately, these applications can often be confusing and difficult to comprehend which makes services like ours so attractiveAgain, we apologize for any inconvenience and hope that Ms [redacted] is satisfied with a full refund

Student Loan Processing Center LLC takes any and all complaints/reviews very seriously We have a dedicated compliance department monitoring and reviewing all incoming and outgoing calls in order to maintain the highest level of customer service in the industry Before going any further, we would like Ms [redacted] to know that a full refund has been processed on her behalf and those funds should be arriving in her account soon However, there are many inaccuracies throughout Ms [redacted] ’s complaintThose will be addressed in successionFirst, Ms [redacted] notes that “no services have been provided” however her application was submitted one day before her first payment clearedUnfortunately, once an application is submitted it can take up to days to be approved, something Ms [redacted] was informed of on a recorded line multiple times Ms [redacted] also states that a forbearance was never filed on her behalf however the forbearance did in fact go through and simply needed to be extendedIt was made very clear on a recorded line that Ms [redacted] should make her originally scheduled payments until her forbearance or consolidation was approved Again, as we cannot control the amount of time it takes for a consolidation to be completed, the only option is to inquire with the loan servicer as to the status of that applicationIn order to do so, most loan servicers require an authorization for our office to speak on a client’s behalfMs [redacted] states she was uncomfortable providing said authorization which makes it impossible for our office to obtain any type of information about her application We apologize for any inconvenience Ms [redacted] experienced however all services were performed well within reasonable expectationWe have included a screenshot showing proof that her application was submitted as soon as her first payment clearedFinally, we would again like to remind Ms [redacted] that even though her application was submitted accordingly, we have processed a full refund so she can be at ease knowing she received a value-packed service at no charge We wish her the best

I had filed a complaint 9/10/on this company for not providing servicesThey replied on 9/11/stating they would still provide service and refund my moneyI have received neither a refund or services promised I would like a prompt refundIf this complaint will close in seven days when I accept their offer, I would like to be refunded within that time frame

Student Loan Processing Center takes any and all complaints very seriouslyFirst of all, we would like Ms [redacted] to know a full refund has been processed on her behalf and we apologize for any inconvenience However, we have submitted her consolidation within a timely manner and simply needed an additional signed document to complete the process and check the statusWe attempted on multiple occasions to request these items but were unable to reach Ms [redacted] Finally, Ms [redacted] was provided our toll-free customer service number on multiple occasionsWe have no record of any calls here in our customer service department from Ms [redacted] We are in fact not a "scam" as we operate well within all federal and state guidelinesOur company has assisted thousands of individuals with their applications including many of whom attempted to perform the service on their own prior to contacting usUnfortunately, the application process can not only be confusing but an application can be denied for many reasons In closing, we would again like to apologize for any inconvenience Ms [redacted] experienced and hope she is satisfied with a full refund of all fees paidWe wish her the best

I've requested my $200 refund more than once. I disagree with taking complaints seriously. I was told I would receive a refund, and no. Are you saying my refund will now be returned to me?

Although there was no basis for a refund because the service was provided, we did in fact provide a refund for the inconvenienceWe are not sure why this complaint is being made if the refund was already issued
