Review: AS I mentioned before, I want my Refund back of $699, it was supposed to be the full amount of $699, but now they want to keep $33 for some kind of BS they could think of to give me. I just want my money back from this dishonest, HORRIBLE place! I never should have responded to that darn mailer; but I tell you this it will NEVER, EVER, HAPPEN AGAIN! Do you know this went on for months with these jokers not to mention the extra $29.99 they were getting from me a month & nothing got resolved. I asked 3 times for my refund & I still have not received it!!! The first time was the end of August & what month are we in...exactly! I am FURIOUSDesired Settlement: My FULL refund, cause they never, ever mentioned any kind of a charge from my $699!!!

We apologize for any inconvenience Ms. [redacted] experienced however she was already told she would receive a full refund only a few days before this complaint. We ask that she allow a few days to simply process the remainder of her refund as the fees she is requesting are third-party bank fees which we use for our clients' protection. Although we normally do not refund these fees (as they do not belong to our company) we have done so for Ms. [redacted] due to the inconvenience she experienced.

Review: I am due a refund from Student Loan Plus. I received a call on July 27, 2015 from someone I believe his name was Chad, and he was an employee of SLP, stating I was going to be issued my refund of 599. One week passes and still no refund. I called and spoke to female, didn't get her name, and she said that I was going to be issued my refund and should give it 3-5 days. That was on August 4, 2015. Today still no refund August 17,2015, I called SLP and spoke to a female named [redacted], she said there were no funds in my account to refund. I don't unerstand this because I was debited out of my bank account 599.00 over 6 months ago, where has that money went? She proceeds to tell me she is waiting on "Higher Ups" to place this money in my account. So I ask to speak to a "Higher Up.' She transferrs my call to a not so gentleman named "[redacted]" , who proceeds to tell me that I am getting a refund but I need to be patient, and give this company more time. How much more time do you need? You didn't give me this time when you took my money. I asked [redacted] to let me speak to someone above him, apparently there is no one working above him and he is the High Archey of SLP. He tells me I can't stay on his phone line that he needs it for other people, I am guessing other people that are wanting to give him their money, other people who were Niave as myself. They don't not perform the services that are promised to you, they do not give you the opportunities that offer to you. They are just out for money of people are already in major student loan debt, and looking for a way to get helping repaying. They are preying on these poor people, including my self, who is hoping for a single bit of relief in student loans. PLEASE keep your money, go ahead and pay it towards your student loans. If you give it to this company you are just throwing it away, and still going to have to repay those thousands and thousands of dollars in student loans anyway.Desired Settlement: I want my 599.00 immediately. I have waited three weeks. That is plenty enough time and I have been very very patient. I want this company to stop false advertising, and tell the consumer exactly what you do, which is NOTHING.

Student Loan Processing Center takes any and all complaints very seriously. First off, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience Ms. [redacted] experienced and would like her to know she is absolutely entitled to a full refund. We hope she is satisfied with a refund which should be back in her account shortly. Unfortunately, our payment process, where customer protection is our main priority, requires accounts to pass through multiple channels to ensure accuracy due to the high volume of accounts that are processed.

Review: I have received a letter in the mail about student loan consolidation and having lower montlhy payments on my current loan. At first, the woman was very helpful and prompt. She called me back, explained things to me, and helped me with the process. However, once all my information was handed over, all communication has ceased. They said, if I make an payment in X, my loan would be going into administrative forbearance and I would not be paying my loan for approximately 3 months while it is going to the underwriter and the process. I went through 2 different people and paid an up front payment to "save" $100. My payment was done on the 21st of August, in which, they claimed they have sent a letter to my other loan processor to go into Administrative Forbearance, however, come 9/9, my loan was drafted. I called that company and they informed me my loan was NOT in forbearance and I do NOT have to pay any money for consolidation. I called Student Processing Center, in hopes of getting this figured out, and the man I spoke with said he will submit the request again, and I would be getting an e-mail / letter saying my loan is in forebearance. I also asked for proof that he had sent the e-mail to them, in which he agreed, but I have not received any notifications. I have made multiple attempts to get in contact with these individuals, but no one has returned my call. I am very weary of this company and do not believe this issue was handled correctly. I have my money drafted and that was the only correspondence I have ever gotten since starting the processs. I also have e-mails back and forth proving that I would not be charged once in forbearance, but my loan isn't even in forbearance.Desired Settlement: I would like my payment back of $599. I believe that is only ethical and because of limited correspondence between parties and not getting back to me after multiple attempts of contact, I only believe it is right. After phone calls and e-mails I have not gotten any response or help regarding paperwork that was supposed to be sent to me / welcome packet. I would like also to be cleared of this company so they do NOT have any of my information.

Student Loan Processing Center takes any and all complaints very seriously. First off, we apologize for any inconvenience and would like Ms. [redacted] to know that we have already processed a full refund on her behalf. However, we are not sure why this complaint was made as our office spoke with Ms. [redacted] on 9/9 and informed her that we will be re-sending the forbearance documents on her behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot force a servicer to place loans in forbearance nor can we stop servicers from drafting payments that clients have set up automatically with said servicer. We invite Ms. [redacted] to contact our Customer Service Department during normal business hours and we will be happy to help her. We wish her the best.

Review: This company claims to help you manage and consolidate your loans. However, I paid the three payments totaling in $600 back in November, and NOTHING has been done with my student loans. In fact, my loan service provider (FedLoans) reported that no one has even attempted to consolidate let alone access information regarding my loans. The company has had my $600 for six months, done nothing to help me with my loans, and has not attempted to contact me in any way. Additionally, every time I call them to try and settle this matter I am asked to name the initial person who was my "adviser" and when I do they say "well she does not work here anymore." Finally, I have been transferred to many different departments and people, none of whom are able to help me or give me a straight answer. The company took payments from me for a service that was not provided.Desired Settlement: Both a refund and better business practice.
