account shortlyUnfortunately, our payment process, where customer protection is our main priority, requires accounts to pass through multiple channels to ensure accuracy due to the high volume of accounts that are processed. Many of our clients attempted their own applications prior to contacting us and were either confused, frustrated, or simply didn't have the time to research and prepare their own applicationsOur clients come to us because we are professionals that complete the job quickly and accurately the first timeWe wish Ms*** the best of luck and hope that she is satisfied with a full refundWe ask that she feel free to contact us directly if she has any further questions or to check on the status of her refund

We apologize for any inconvenience Ms*** experienced however she was already told she would receive a full refund only a few days before this complaintWe ask that she allow a few days to simply process the remainder of her refund as the fees she is requesting are third-party bank fees which we
use for our clients' protectionAlthough we normally do not refund these fees (as they do not belong to our company) we have done so for Ms*** due to the inconvenience she experiencedHowever, Ms***' application process was delayed by her own doing as she provided income figures that differed from her actual incomeWe wish Ms*** the best and hope she is satisfied with not only a full refund but a new, lower monthly payment on her student loans

We apologize for any inconvenience MsJ*** experienced and would like her to know her application was processed on 9/Unfortunately, our office has to wait for our clients to sign the application before we can submit anything and our documents often need to be sent to servicers more than once
In addition, these applications can sometimes take up to days which we cannot control. We wish MsJ*** the best and invite her to contact us for an update on her application during business hoursIn regard to her monthly membership fee, we have forwarded her complaint to the appropriate company as she is referring to a separate service with a different companyIn the meantime, we will reach out to MsJ*** to resolve this complaint with her directly as well

Ms*** was in fact refunded and we will reach out to her directly to confirm this information

behalfIn fact, we processed her application in full after some short delays due to her not completing her portion of the application. In regard to her contacting us, we have a very robust phone system and have found only one record of her contact information which was answered on 9/During that call, we spoke with Ms*** and asked her to sign an authorization form in order to obtain an update on her applicationIn addition, although we have done our part in terms of preparing and submitting her application, we would like Ms*** to know that we are also going to process a full refund for her. We hope that providing this service to her free of charge resolves her complaint and we ask that she contact us anytime during business hours for an update on her application

would receive an interest rate of 5.8% on her new loanHowever, the advisor
never told her what her interest rate would be nor did he make any promises to
lower it. We are a document preparation company that helps clients by
preparing documents and filing them with the proper agencyAs such, we do not
set loan terms or interest rates. Her rates are determined by the
Department of Education
That said, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience

In regard to her payment going up, we provide quotes based off of the information our clients provide to us. If Ms. [redacted]'s income is higher than what she told her, her payment would reflect that increase. In addition, we made her aware of this increase before submitting anything on her behalf.
