I ordered a dog bed from SuperPaws online site on 5/7/2020. My credit card was charged and payment made on 5/8/2020. SuperPaws customer service contacted on 5/26, 6/15, and 6/26, 2020. Each time their responses “following up on your order, contacting the warehouse, you’ll be notified when order is shipped” were all bogus. It is July and I have not received my merchandise. Unacceptable and dishonest business.

I ordered a Comfy Calming™ Pet Bed on 4/29/20 via an ad on Instagram. On 5/1 they sent an email stating my order was being shipped. I have not received the item and have inquired multiple times via email and via Facebook Messenger. On email, they keep replying with a stock message that says they are experiencing shipping delays. On Messenger, I've been told 3 times that they would cancel my order and issue a refund but I have not received a refund.

2 orders placed never received dating back to April. Over and over again I receive stock emails to my questions as to where my products are. I have received the same 4 stock emails each 3 times at least. My orders totaled over $200 and I have not received any real response to my many requests for refund

Never received product

Made my purchase on 5/7/20. Contacted them weeks later for an update and was sent a message apologizing for the delay plus a discount code. Contacted them again requesting they cancel my order and they stated my order was “in que” to ship. Contacted them again on 6/26 to cancel my order once again, received same generic response about my order being in que and them providing an apology and discount code. Almost 2 months later, charge processed by them, no product and only recieved generic responses.

I ordered, and paid for, a dog bed that I have never received.

Placed an order with the company via a social meeting advertisement (Instagram) on or before May 3 (credit card charge dated May 4). Item ordered has never been delivered and in spite of several requests for a refund, I receive emails back saying the item is just about to be sent - no refund.

I ordered two dog beds. First the vendor took all the money up front. It took over two months to get the product. When it was received it was not as pictured. The product quality is horrible and it smells terrible. I have tried multiple times to reach the vendor for resolution with no response. I want to return the product for a refund.

I’ve inquired as to the delay, was emailed the order was late in shipping . When six weeks had passed since ordering on My 3rd, requested a refund. Received email that order was in process , no response as to my refund request.

Placed an online order with this company on May 3, 2020 for a pet bed. Payment was taken from my bank account and received an order confirmation with a 3-5 day shipping period, which minor delays expected due to COVID. 2 months later, company is not responding to emails, still accepting online orders and my item has not yet shipped to me. I ordered and paid for folding pool for my dog and have not received tracking number or heard from them at all. Ordered June 18, 2020, said it would be shipped in 5-7 days.

I ordered an item from super pets the first part of May, got an email indicating receipt of my order and I would get an email once shipped. I have never received an email with tracking information. I have sent multiple emails to them and usually within 24 to 48 hours they always get an email back indicating that they are so sorry, working on the situation, trying to get orders out but difficult due to coronavirus. I have asked for a refund I never received it. I have still never received the product and it is two months later. I think they are just a scam. Reports say that they are supposed to be in California, but I still have never received the item.

I ordered a dog bed 2 months ago. I am unable to contact someone and have not received the dog beds yet. I continue to be told another week and nobody responds to my requests. I want my money back as I still have not gotten the bed.

I had order two dog beds on 4.30.20 and still have not received them. I have been in contact with the company on the following occasions requesting a refund: 6.1.20 ; 6.5.20 ; 6.19.20 ; 6.22.20 and 6.24.20. I receive an automated message back saying "sorry for the shipping delay, we assure you that your order is being processed" It's been 8 weeks. I paid $116.99 for the two dog beds and have requested my money back on several occasions.

On May 15th, I ordered some items on super paws online but have not received them as of today. I paid $186.97 for pet beds and blankets. I never received and itemized receipt but received emails on May 15 and 21 2020 stating the items will be delayed due to coronavirus and provided a 15% discount off future purchases but have not received the first purchase as of now. Today, Tuesday June 23, 2020, I sent an online request of the status of the purchase. There is no customer service number.

Ordered a bed for my dog on 6/6. Received email regarding getting another email when product ships in 5 -7 days. I tried to emailed them today and it wouldn't send message just kicked me off before sending it. I looked up info and see there has been multiple negative reports I know better to look before ordering on sites like this!

I purchased from super paws on 5/1/20 when they had a buy one dog bed get one for free promotion. They charged me on 5/1/20 and sent an email stating that I would received tracking information. The email confirmation only showed one bed. I emailed them and received no response. Then I emailed them again on 5/25 after not hearing they stated my order was being processed, and once again did not respond the other quantity error. I emailed again on 6/15 inquiring on a status update or I would charge back. They responded that there are delays due to the corona virus and offered 15% for a future purchase but no update where my purchase is. At this point I don't think I'm going to get my order.

Ordered two dog beds and never received product. Kept being told 1 more week. Canned messages with all replies to my complaints.

I purchased from SuperPaws online in the amount of $86.99 on 5/1/20. I have never received the product that I purchased. I have sent emails asking for a follow-up on when my purchased would be delivered and have not received any communication. I visited their social media/Instagram site; which is where they were advertising to only see multiple other people complaining that they have never received their purchases either. I am currently reaching out to my credit card company as well to dispute the charge.

I ordered a dog bed from superpaawsonline for $57.00 on may the 3rd . I have not received the product and I have sent a complaint asking to cancel my order and please refund my money. I have not heard back from them or received my money back .
