they are a scam I bought a dog bed for $129 never got it

ordered and paid for a dog bed and product was never delivered

On April 20, 2020 I ordered a dog bed through their website, paid $68.99, received an immediate confirmation and that my order would be shipped within 5-7 days. About 2 weeks later I realized I never received a shipping notification so followed up and was told it was 'in the queue' which I thought was strange, but went with it. It's now a month later and nothing. I followed up with them again and didn't receive an answer for about one week. The answer didn't provide any update, but it did state I could get a 15% discount on my next order then didn't have any information about how to redeem that. Not that I'll be ordering from them again.

I ordered from this company on 4/28/20. It was a Pet Bed and the price was 62.10. I was sent an email in 5/1/20 that said my order was shipped. 2 weeks later I contacted the company again my email and got this response that they were so sorry, that was a mistake and they were trying to fulfill everyone orders and to be patient. I have sense sent 3 or more new emails asking for a refund or my order to be shipped. They continue to tell me to be patient and I will also be sent a "free gift". I believe this company is a scam.

I ordered a bed for my dog and haven't received it. I have been charged on my credit card but there is no information as far as shipping and no way to contact the business to find out additional information. I am concerned since there is no info to follow up. I don't feel they are being honest about my purchase.

I placed an order with Super Paws on 15 April 2020 and it is now 20 May 2020 and have not received a response from them. I have emailed them a couple of times and no response. I paid $123.97 on a dog bed and blanket and have not received so much as a shipping confirmation.

I ordered a personalized pet blanket from super paws online on 12/13/2019 and payment was immediately taken from my credit card, to this day, I have not received said blanket and I have been emailing them once a month and they just tell me that they are sorry for the delay and it's due to so many orders to fill but they will let me know very soon when it's shipping. There is no phone number to call. This is the last email response from April 9th:

We got news for you, our operation team informed us that all issues with sorting products are resolved and your order is now in process and it will be shipped soon. We are really hoping that you will give us a chance. We will send you the tracking number right away once it is available. We are hoping for you patience and consideration

I have not heard anything since that email, and it's always the same reply that it's coming soon

I ordered one month ago and have not received any updates or refund despite emailing the company asking for both an update and a refund.

I purchased a product online and have had two months of follow-up emails about the delivery of the product. The Company continues to say they are shipping the product, but never provide a tracking code. I believe this is a fake company who advertises using social media. After researching online, multiple consumers have similar complaints. As my purchase was only $90, this complaint is just for informational purposes.

I've contacted this company several times about the delivery of products I purchased. They keep saying there is an issue with delivery, but they don't give me a tracking number or company they use to deliver (UPS, FedEx etc). I've asked for a refund and I have yet to hear back. They need to be taken off the internet and facebook ads.

I purchased a dog bed on Feb. 19, 2020 and paid them $56.99. They collected my money through PayPal. They gave me an order confirmation ***. They said it would be a 5 to 7 processing time. I’ve written several emails since then and they continue to give empty promises. They said it was a sorting issue and they now have it worked out. All I ever get is the run around when I ask for a refund.

I put an order to get a calming bed in “Super Paws online” on 02/29 order ***. In their website they advertise that they ship your item within 3-4 weeks and in peak seasons or during covid 6 weeks max. I’ve sent them multiple emails asking for a tracking number and they also keep saying they are doing “everything they can to provide it to me” but no answer on when my item will be shipped (it’s been 14 weeks and no tracking notice). I’ve tried reaching to management or a CSR number and they don’t have one on file. I research in their Instagram and other customers have complained but they go ahead and delete the comments on their site. This place is a scam and they need to be inspected or their website has to be shutdown because they are scamming people. I would appreciate if they could be investigated I can forward the whole email thread I have with them to help prove it.

Same problem as everyone else here. Ordered and pet bed March 28, 2020. Never received it, never aan answer about themn to expect it or a refund. Chinese scam. Probably lost my $113 bucks but should report them to anyone I can. Phony business.

I ordered from super paws. My order has not been received, nor will they provide me details, or provide a refund which I have requested 4 times via email so far. I also see now that they have many other complaints already all matching my story.

I placed an order for a product on their website on December 21, 2019. I was charged for the amount and never received my order. I have emailed the company multiple times and a representative continues to respond with excuses rather than honor my request for a full refund

On 12/9/19, I ordered a $75 custom sweatshirt for my daughter as a Christmas present from Super Paws Online. As of today, I have still not received it. I have sent numerous emails to the company, which assures me that it will be delivered soon. I have also asked for a full refund, which they have not provided.

Bought a dog bed online after seeing advertisements for it on instagram went to website not from instagram; my problem is that it never arrived and Credit card charged. no way to contact anyone.

Ordered my dog bed on February 1 2020. I have still not received my product or been issued a refund. I Have had many email exchanges with the company to no avail. They even went so far as stating the item had been shipped with no tracking number. That was a month ago. This company needs to be shut down.

Purchased an $83.00 custom pet portrait for Christmas on December 23,2019. After 5 months of back and forth emails I found a scam site of people like me who were being scammed. They say the same repeative response and then the company would never responsed.They have an instagram page that has no way of contacting them nor leaving comments. Will have to contact Shopify to see if they can give information on the company.

I placed an order for a blanket with my sister’s dogs face, who passed away last summer, on it on December 3rd, 2019. I immediately emailed the company and stated I had accidentally put in the wrong email address and to please send a copy of my invoice to the correct email, which never happened. Ten days later I reached out again to see if there was any news on my order or invoice since I never received it. I emailed them about once a week or once every two weeks to find out where my order was with the same generic responses every time. They once even told me it was stuck in customs but their website clearly says everything is based in the United States. I’ve asked for a full refund since it’s been over 4 months and I still don’t have an answer to where my package is or tracking number.
