I wish I could give this company, if that's what you want to call them, 0 stars. I ordered and paid for a dog bed on May 4th, 2020. I never received my item. Ive emailed numerous times and received the same response, "sorry for the delay, we are working on your order." I have asked for a refund multiple times. This company needs to get shut down for stealing people's money.

In April 2020 I ordered a "Comfy Calming Bed" in Medium. This is what my credit card statement shows that $60.99 was paid on t APR 25 to SP *SUPERPAWSONLINEHTTPSSUPERPAWDE. I have never received the bed. I have emailed their Customer Sevice twice and received an automated response. The third time I emailed, I requested that my order be canceled and said I would contact my Credit Card company. I received the same automated response.

I ordered two dog beds on 5/4/20 in the amount of $116.99 and have not received them. I have contacted the company and they apologize and make generic excuses but will not refund my money.

I placed an order in late April and have made multiple attempts to get tracking information and they were not responding with any updates. I then requested to cancel the order and asked for a refund and all I keep getting back is fake promises that order is going to ship “soon”. It has been over a month, I no longer want the goods.

I ordered a XL calming dog bed from this company in feb 2020 and immediately the total cost was taken from my Cc of $116.00. Told it would arrive 7-10 days it is now 6/1/2020 and I have not received the product. I have e mailed several times about every 2 weeks inquiring about delivery and even asking for a refund and each time promised my item is on its way. But it never comes.

I ordered and paid for a dog bed on this site. It was never delivered. I emailed their customer service who told me the item just shipped and should take a few more days. That was 2 months ago. Downloaded the app to track the packages and was never able to track it. It looks this this was a scam. I’m not sure what to do next or how to get my money back.

I placed an order online in April 2020.
On May 1, 2020 I received an email stating that my order was on the way. Tracking information was unavailable. I have contacted the company on 5/14, 5/21 and 5/30 inquiring about the status of my order. The company has responded twice saying they are experiencing shipping delays due to COVID which is confusing since they send an email saying the product has already been shipped. I either want a refund or my product if this is even a legitimate business.

I ordered and paid $189 for a dog bed a month ago and it has not been delivered. All the emails keep saying it is delayed and apologize.

I ordered 2 beds for $246 and they never came. I requested a refund, but have not gotten it.

Ordered from the website April 25,2020 and still have not received my order. Tracking number shows it going back and forth to the same locations in China. I emailed for a refund since I have never received the product but haven’t heard anything back

I ordered a Comfy Calming Pet Bed from a company called Super Paws Online on May 1, 2020. The website is listed as www.superpetsofficial.com. After paying $68.00 for a "buy one/get one" I was told that shipping would be delayed due to Covid-19. On May 15, 2020, I requested information regarding shipping information and received a response on the same day:

I then responded that I don't feel comfortable with this transaction and asked that they immediately refund my money. they responded on May 18, 2020 with:

Clearly, these people are scamming. I will definitely do my part to share with anyone to not order from these people. But, do I have any recourse to get a refund? This is the 2nd time since Covid-19 that I've had to use Revdex.com to retrieve funds from what seems to be a reputable business. Lesson learned. No more small business purchases for me...and that's a shame. But, you just can't trust people anymore...

I made a purchase of a dog bed from Super Paws online via a Facebook link and paid $86.99 on 4/10/20. I received an order confirmation only. I emailed [email protected] for status and have not received a response.

I also ordered my dog bed from Super Paws over a month ago and have not received the bed. I have had multiple email correspondences with Super Paws with the same excuses. I also asked them to refund me and cancel my order which has yet to happen. I ended up calling my credit card company and they are disputing the charge. I also recommend shutting down this company ASAP!!

I purchased 2 dog beds from this online retainer on May 2, 2020. On May 8 I received a text message that the items had shipped, but I never received. On May 21 I emailed them to inquire and no response. No phone number or tracking number provided. Research on line indicates this business is a scam.

I ordered a pet bed on May 7, 2020 and never received it. I have emailed them on two occasion and have not heard from them.

I purchased a Blanket from Super Paws on November 30, 2019 for $59.94. I received a email stating that my order had been confirmed and a confirmation number was sent. Moments later I received another email stating that my order had been shipped and on its way. It told me I could track my order through an app called “Arrive”. I downloaded the app and tried to track my order. When I got to my order it said no tracking number had been provided. After a couple weeks of checking to see if my tracking number had been provided but it never was. I reached out to Super Paws again by email on December 17, 2019 trying to receive an update on my order. They emailed back saying that my tracking number would be available in 3 days and I will receive and update once the tracking number is available. It’s now May 24, 2020 and I have yet to receive the blanket that I ordered.

I ordered a dog bed through this company a month ago. I have emailed twice to find out where the bed is and have gotten no response. The amount for the bed was charged and came out of my bank account.

Ok ordered and paid for a product on SUPERPAWS.com and bought a dog bed for 100 plus dollars. They charged me and it has been a long time since I ordered it and I’ve emailed them plenty of times with no responses. I want my full refund now!

I ordered a dog bed from them, however they have not shipped it, nor have they been responding to emails. After looking further, they are clearly still at the office ignoring emails and other customers as their website and Instagram page is being updated. They say they can not give a refund until the item has been delivered, however they aren't shipping anything so the item will never be delivered and thus, a refund will never be given.
