I ordered a dog bed from Super Paws online on 5/20/20. I have never received notice of shipping even after 2 emailed attempts to contact them.

Ordered a product and never heard back. Multiple efforts to get customer service have gone unanswered.

I ordered 3 items from Super Paws a couple weeks before Christmas in 2019 totaling over $100. They still have yet to arrive. Any time I email them asking them about the order, they stall and make an excuse about the warehouse not being able to give them a tracking code. I've asked repeatedly for a refund of number to call, and they stop e-mailing when I ask for that.

It appears they've changed their name from "Super Paws" to "Super Pets" to avoid the negative press they've been getting and to scam more people. Please stop this business from ripping anyone else off!

I ordered a pet bed on May 1. I received an order confirmation email with the promise to send a tracking number. I never received a tracking number, nor have I received any response from any of the five other emails I sent asking for updates. It's been over a month and I have been completely stolen from and ignored.

This company claims to ship items within 5-7 business days. I placed my order on May 9th and I have received no information. I have asked for a full refund and cancellation with only a response that they will give me 15% off my next order.

I ordered products online on April 28, 2020. I was charged that day and never received my products. I have attempted to contact the company over 50 times through email and facebook and I get a automated email back saying we are sorry we will get back to you. They are thieves.

I ordered a dog bed in April and despite several email exchanges over the course of the last 3 months, have not received the item. I have consistently been told that the item is in process queue and will be shipped soon, however I still have not received the item to date. I have asked to cancel the order and be issued a refund at least three times and they have not refunded me, rather they tell me they are experiencing long delays and will email me when the item ships.

I ordered a dog bed from superpawsonline.com on May 2nd 2020. Order number ***. I paid for the product and have never received my item. I have emailed them multiple times asking for tracking and they couldn't provide it. I have now emailed 7 times asking to cancel my order and issue a refund. They keep giving me they same excuses and saying that my order is being processed. But they refuse to cancel it.

I ordered a dog bed two months ago and have still not received it. I’ve contacted them a half dozen times asking where it is and I only get canned answers making excuses. They keep saying it’s an issue with their shipping partner and that it’s been sorted out so my bed is coming soon. They keep saying they’ll send me a tracking number too. They never do and nothing ever changes. I’ve demanded a refund but they won’t do it.

On 04/28/20 I placed order # *** for an XL pet bed in the amount of 129.99. I received an email saying the bed was shipping on 5-1-20 but there was no tracking. I have never received the bed.

I ordered 2 dog beds from SuperPaws Online almost a month ago, on May 26. I was told I would receive an email with shipping confirmation within 5-7 days and never received an update. Last week, I reached out to SuperPaws to inquire about the status of my order as well as request a full refund. I got a very incorrectly spelled and oddly worded email that the order was in process and thank you for my patience but ignoring my request for a refund. Several days ago I once again sent an email requesting a full refund for my order, and today I got another email response with spelling and grammatical errors offering excuses for delay in processing and shipment, and thank you for my patience but again ignoring my request for a refund. I feel as if this company has taken my money and I have been scammed. I realize I will never see the dog beds that I ordered and I am out of pocket to the tune of about $104.00.

I ordered through an Ad on Instagram for the Dog Bed and received confirmation. I also received a text confirmation that it was shipped but have never received the product. I also tried emailing the Help Desk in the confirmation email - [email protected] - and it bounced back. This is when I realized that it was likely a scam.

Placed an order for an item with the business on April 30th and have not yet received my product.
I reached out to the business directly, and they replied but never provided shipping tracking information or nay proof of the item actually being shipped to me. On their website and on the Shop app my order is listed as shipped. Eventually they simply stopped replying to my emails, and there has been no communication for over 2 weeks.

I ordered from this online company in December 2019. I have never received product even though my payment was processed. I have been inquiring about my order often since December and I keep getting vague replies. They will not disclose a phone number or other contact information so I cannot even talk to a person in the company. I want my money refunded.

Horrible company. They have yet to ship my items. Total scam and they refuse to resolve this issue. I just want my money back. Total scam.

Purchased dog beds form this company via the online store, have reached out to them several times since I placed the order on April 29th, with nothing but automated responses, I have received numerous emails stating that my order is being shipped, my order is in Que to be shipped, you should be receiving your order soon. It is now June 12th and I have not received my order my CC card has been charged and they have been paid, but no items have been received. I have asked different questions with the same automated response, I have asked for a contact phone number to speak with an actual person but none is ever given, the next step will be to dispute the charge on the card as fraud and destroy them on Social Media. I either want verification that I am getting my product or some one from the company to contact me

ordered a pet bed, received an email from a gmail address with an order number and instructions that a tracking number would follow. I waited a week and responded on status of my order, a couple of days later another email from a gmail address responded that due to the pandemic the order/shipping was delayed. I continued to correspond asking for the status of my order and delivery.
Nothing. PLEASE do not order from this company.

Ordered from SuperPaws online from an ad on Instagram which took me to their website and I ordered a dog bed on April 23 2020. My funds were removed from my account immediately and I have no tracking number, no idea what the time frame will be. I have been unable to reach anyone at SuperPaws to inquire about my order. My initial receipt said wait time of 5-7 business days.

Super Paws is scamming people. I paid $110.00 5/6/20 and received an initial email staying it was in the process que and I would be notified when it shipped. That was it! Took my money and never heard back again. The company will not return my emails. I have requested a refund from this company, and will advise everyone I can that they are scammers

On or about 4/26/20 I ordered and paid for a dog bed online. I still have not received the bed or any means to track it. The order *** Since purchasing the bed there have been numerous emails between myself and the seller to no avail. They simply ask for my patience with no tracking info. On 5/29/20 I requested a refund of the full purchase price. I have repeated this request numerous times with no result. I keep getting the same request to be patient and the delay is due to the Covid 19 virus. I have since purchased a dog bed elsewhere and would like a refund.
