I purchased a product from the business on May 1st. and still didn't receive the merchandise. sent some emails requesting a date and finally asking for a refund but I only got an automated answer stating that it is in a line to be picked up. The business has no phone number to get in touch with.

This company was having a BOGO deal, so I purchased a dog bed (+ am supposed to get another dog bed free) on 4/30/20 and received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged $104.00. They said it would take up to 6 weeks due to the pandemic and the many orders they are receiving at this time. This is now the 6th week and the only information I receive back from this company is a computer generated response. I have emailed them asking about the status of my order 6x and keep getting the same generic response, “ Thank you for contacting us. Your order is already in process queue, once it's packed & shipped, you will receive an E-Mail/message on your registered E-Mail address/mobile phone with further details including the tracking number.”, but I never receive any other information or tracking number. They have multiple complaints online and on their Instagram page. Customers are commenting and trying to warn other people to not buy from this company because it is a scam and the company just keeps deleting the bad reviews and messages so no one else can see them, or they are replying, “sorry for the inconvenience, please DM or email us so we can better assist you”, but then you do that and they send you the same generic computer generated response you have already received 6x. They just write that “sorry for the inconvenience” message to make themselves look good on social media, but then they don’t help you at all. I have seen multiple complaints from customers stating that they have been contacting them constantly and getting no reply or they say your “refund” is on the way and they’ve been waiting for 3 months for this “refund.” This company has also been tagging “insta famous” public figures (dogs) on their account saying they are laying in their bed, So more people believe them and buy it. When in reality, the public figure pages are not tagging them in their posts saying the bed is theirs. A lot of these beds look the same and this company is taking credit for another company’s bed, so they look more reliable or dependable. This is a fake company.

I ordered a personalized blanket as a christmas gift and was told my order was being processed and then shipped. The money was taken out of my account. I had emailed their “customer service department” and I was told that they were behind due to the coronavirus. I gave them plenty of months to catch up on my order and I was told my order was next to be sent. I still have not received my package or an email from them. I told them to just cancel my order and issue me a refund but they wouldn’t do that.

On December 17, 2019, I placed an order for a blanket that totaled to $100.09. Shortly after, I received an email confirmation and a shipping confirmation. It is now June 10, 2020 and I have NOT received anything. I emailed them MULTIPLE times and they would give me the same (or similar) response: "Our shipping times right now are taking longer than usual as it is peak season. However your order was processed immediately and still falls into our usual timeframe which is about 2-3 weeks." Week after week, I waited for my package and contacted the seller when I had not received any update on my package. I naively trusted the company because their instagram, at the time, seemed reputable, their reviews seemed legit, their customer service responded to my emails fairly quickly (when I emailed them prior to placing my order; it was a different story after I placed my order), and because I genuinely wanted to give my friend a customized blanket of her pet. It is disheartening to know that companies like this exist--where individuals take advantage and scam those who are trying to buy gifts for their pets or gifts to others. I have tried to demand a refund from this company with no luck. Since it falls outside the time frame in which my bank has any jurisdiction, I am unable to receive a refund through my bank.

I ordered a dog bed from this online company on 4/26/2020. The company was advertising on Facebook and the conditions were 5-7 days processing time. I paid Euro65.95. I received a confirmation email my order number was 9747.

I emailed the company looking for an update on 5/8/2020. I received a reply on 5/9/2020 just said I would be informed via email and given a tracking number when the package had been sent. I emailed them again on 5/19/2020 asking for a refund. I received a reply on 5/21/2020. They blamed the delay on the Coronavirus pandemic and said if I had paid for priority shipping this fee would be refunded. I received no refund. I emailed a third time on 5/23/2020 saying I wanted a full refund as I had not received the dog bed and it's now over 6 weeks late and not even shipped. The terms said 5-7 days to process and ship.

I purchased a dog bed on April 23,2020 for $99.45 based on a "sale" ad on Instagram. It was a two for one sale. On the Instagram post, there was a company representative who responded to messages, so it seemed like a legitimate company, including a clear website. I received a receipt via email the same day and said the bed would be processed within 5-7 business days. The beds never showed, and I tried emailing twice and messaging on Instagram. No response. I can also see that they are deleting any and posts on Instagram, which is clear that they are negative reviews that they do not want anyone reading.

I purchased an item and paid in full the time of the purchase. It has been over 2 months waiting on the item. I have continuously sent follow up emails and received the same response each time. “They are having problems at the warehouse” was their response. I asked for my money back and they did not acknowledge that.

This company is a scam. I purchased a small bed for my dog on 5/9 and have not received. I have sent several emails and had delayed response that shipped is delayed. I want my money back.

Ordered a dog bed on April 23, 2020 for $99.45 and never received it. They do not respond to messages, nor on instagram where the initial "sale" was going on. Also, I notice they delete any and all comments on their instagram account. Total scam.

On May 14, 2020 I ordered 2 large cozy calming dog beds while online once I viewed the ad. It said my payment went through and I would receive a confirmation email which never happened. So because of the Cov19 I have given extra time for delivery. Then on May 29, 2020 I wrote to Super Paws inquiring about my order and how much longer it would be. They sent back an email saying they were sorry I was having a bad experience and wanted to give me a refund if that is what I wanted. They wanted my order# - I did not get one. So then I thought how am I going to prove I ordered. So I waited for my bank statement and then wrote them back telling them the exact date and amount I spent. No response back from them. Then this morning I wrote them again- when the response came back from my phone saying message did not go through and may contain a virus. I know I did not put any virus in that email-so I wondered if replying back through their email to the given [email protected] did. Would like to get my money back.

I ordered a dog bed from an Instagram ad through super paws in April 2020. Like many others, I have contacted them about a month later with requests for a tracking number and status of my order. I received an email back with a promise of shipping and I will get a tracking number shortly. I've since contacted them 4 times and received the same message. I also requested since the package has not left their facility yet to cancel my order and issue a refund. They refused.

I ordered an Item May 2 2020, for my pets and still have not received it even tho they told me I would have it 3 to 4 weeks from that time. It never came, I emailed them- response blamed it on "mail delays". I waited a few more days before I decide to request a refund. I told them it was taking too long, they didnt live up to the original promised delivery time so I told them to refund my credit card. That has not been done, my emails are going unanswered, and still no delivery.

I bought a blanket back in December... It's now June and I have nothing. When they do respond, they continue to say they're having issues with their warehouse and delivery codes. It's been 6 months and I have them the benefit of the doubt until I went online and realized I'm far from the only ones.

I haven't received a refund or a blanket.

Like others, I made an order through an Instagram ad and over one month later, no update or delivery.

I placed an order in the amount of $155.98 on April 16, 2020 and did not receive the product. I emailed my complaint several times to only get a fairly generic apology that the item was delayed. Reading other filings it appears this is likely fraudulent activity.

My credit card was charged 38.99 on 5/5/20 and I never received the merchandise.

They have no phone number, just email, and the response is automated, same every time.

I purchased 2 dog beds from this company on 5/2, but have yet to receive the product or receive a response to my multiple inquiries. H
They charged my account $119, bit will not cancel the order and refund my money.

Ordered "comfy pet beds" paid for them on 5/7/20, after many, many attempts to ask for a refund because I never received the beds, it's now 4 June and I am still getting emails from the owner telling me they are sending me free gifts and will still mail the beds to me. I DO NOT WANT THE BEDS NOW AND IT'S BEEN A MONTH...TOTAL SCAM. Had to dispute charge with AMEX as fraud, as this company clearly is fraudulent.

I placed an order for a dog bed on May 4th, 2020 for $129.99. After a couple weeks of not hearing from them, I sent their customer service an email asking for a shipping update. I received an answer a week last stating that my order was in process and I would receive my item shortly. I still have yet to receive my item. After several emails to ask that my order be canceled and for a full refund, I keep receiving emails saying my order is still in process. I do not want my order. I want my money back! This company has no phone number, just an email. I am very upset at this company for stealing my money. I see im not the only one.
