Wanted to replace a 45 year old Bryant heating and cooling system. Superior heating and cooling gave me a very good quote on a complete system. *** gave me 4 options to choose from and answered any questions I had. The installers were prompt and courteous and when they were done installing explained everything I needed to know about my new system. Very happy with my experience with them and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I enjoyed working with Superior Heating & Cooling from start to finish with one exception (hence four stars instead of five). I appreciate that Superior was transparent about the products they are putting in my house. I also appreciate that almost everyone along the process was patient in answering all my questions and their willingness in coming out over the weekend without the extra charge. The installers were punctual and professional. So why 4 stars instead of 5 stars? Superior failed to inform me that there is a processing fee charged if I decided to finance the job instead of paying for everything in full. Luckily it was only $29, but what if it was $100 or more, that is annoying and not professional. When I called the office to inquire about this charge and why I was not warned, the guy indicated that he is sure that it is in fine print somewhere with an attitude, which upset me so much. But I was not going to waste my time with him. The fine print he is referring to most likely is the contract I have to sign on the installation date (because I was not provided with anything else with that financing fee before the installation date). So sure sir it is in fine print, but it was provided on the installation date not a second sooner! So no there is no warning professionally made by Superior prior to signing the agreement for installation, that is NOT okay!

My air conditioner went out early May 2018. Again I called & they promptly sent Dave to my rescue. The same technician that fixed my furnace in Oct 2017. A week later my new furnace & air unit was installed by *** at several thousand dollars less than I had anticipated. R & T were very professional, knowledgeable & personable. My experiences with this firm assures me that my choice of providers was & will always be the right one.

I had a new furnace installed and it was done very professional and at a good time. Everything was cleaned-up and return to their original place. The new furnace was explained to me and the thermostat. The thermostat was a programmable one, I really like that.

Nice guys ***. and *** did a great job on the install and explaining the new technology. Some scratches left on siding from removal of old A/C but I'm not sure if it could have been avoided. I was not aware before we bought it that we'd have to change the filter each month, so that was disappointing, but the service was good!

I recently had my ac/heating system replaced by Superior Heating and Cooling. I found their service prompt and courteous. The work was completed quickly, with a minimum disruption. When the City Inspector came over to follow up on their work, he actually said good work had been done and asked what company did it. When told the name, he said he would make a mental note because he liked they way it was done. I am very satisfied with the system and their work.

Needed new AC and coil. Got several bids for the job. They wrote the bid up so we could compare. They offered a Bryant unit at a good price with a humidifier. They were one of the lower bids we got. They had also replaced the furnace a few years ago. Now we have quality units at a good price. The process was quick and fast, Called to schedule and got in next day. We are very satisfied with our units and service they provided.

We had a/c problems last week the unit wouldn't get cold, called Superior out and they were here within 2 hours time. Our unit was 36 years old as was the furnace, the repairs on the a/c unit would have been almost $1,000, and we would have still had a 36 year old heating and a/c system. We discussed this with the repairman *** and he suggested a new hvac system, quoted us a price and we thought was very resonable, on Monday they came and installed our new hvac system and when they left our house was cleaned up after them and we are extremely pleased with the quality of work we received , we will be referring this company to our friends and family in the future. We give them 10 out of 10 as a rating.Thank you

I just replaced my AC and furnace. I got a great price for a great product. I am so glad I found this company. ***) was so patient with all my questions and concerns. He really knows his products. The install men were respectful, efficient, and left my house cleaner than it was before they arrived. Superior installed my AC/HVAC. *** was my contact for the quote and scheduling. He was very thorough and followed up quickly with answers to all my questions. Crew came out on time, worked professionally and kept me appraised of a few changes that needed to be made. Cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Superior.

This review is very positive. My wife and I wanted a new Heat and A/C installed and the professionalism began with the sales representative. *** explained the options and did not push any of them over the others. He explained the options clearly and without confusion. My wife and I selected the system and it was installed today, 4/24/18. Four installers arrived at the designated time and commenced work immediately. Two of them worked on the outside a/c unit and two on the heat unit located in the basement. I could not have selected a better crew than these four men. They covered the floors, removed anything that could be in their way, and carefully removed and installed all of the equipment. After the installation they clearly explained the operation of the HVAC system to us. I would recommend Superior Heat and Air to anyone needing a new system.
