My furnace just needed a new filter. Nice to know I can trust them to give quick and honest service. I will highly recommend Superior Heating & Cooling to my family and friends.

Great Service - Furnace problem contacted Superior and the service representative was here early the next morning and correctly diagnosed our problem, and gave us an estimate to replace the system, no high pressure to buy.

I've been using Superior for over 20 years and 2 houses. It was discovered that my furnace had a crack and needed to be shut down during my annual inspection. I had scheduled the inspection on the morning of my dad's funeral since I was off work. I needed heat for the people that were coming in town for the funeral and I needed a new furnace installed by 3. *** got a new furnace delivered and installed with the help of 2 other installers all by 3 that afternoon. It was not how I saw my furnace inspection going, but the service was amazing and I was able to tend to my dad's funeral without having to concern myself with how to keep my home warm. Good job Superior!

Our furnace went out on Christmas Eve and we had family coming over around noon. We did not think we would be able to get anyone out to our house in time. We left a message with Superior on their website around 5am. They called us promptly at 7am to set up an appointment. They were able to be at our house by 9. At first we received an estimate for repair, but once the work got underway, there was going to be more needed. Instead of paying into an already old furnace we decided on a new furnace. Superior was able to deliver a new furnace, take out the old one, replace it with the new one all in the same day. Even when company starting arriving, the Superior employees were flexible and worked around our craziness. We are very happy with our new furnace and our heat!

Outstanding from start to finish. Was referred to Superior from my girlfriend who has used them for 20+ years and 3 different houses with excellent service.
My current furnace had a heat exchanger go bad, so I called the installing contractor. Quoted me way more than I needed furnace and feature wise.
Called Superior, *** was out the next day, told him I was looking for a new system exactly like the system I had, as it was great for 15 years and had the specs I needed. *** quoted me a Bryant system that was spot on, great price/value.
Agreed to purchase on Friday, and installed on Monday am. Great installation, had all the Spire rebate information completed, just had to submit to get my $200 rebate.
I would recommend Superior for any heating or cooling needs. Outstanding in all areas start to finish.

Our furnace and air conditioning system was 30 and 20 years old, respectfully and we need to replace it after several years of repairs on the old system. I contacted five local companies and got bids. I was convinced that Superior was the company for the job after searching and reading the reviews and through the interaction with the company representative, Andrew Mackey, who spent a quality amount of time looking at the existing system and sizing the home to make sure there was a good match within their product line to do the job. All other bids were fair and different with alternative brands and techniques of installation. Superior was the most forthcoming and answered many questions that I had both on the phone and email. They really worked with me on pricing and systems that would take care of the job to our satisfaction. I also was impressed with the crew sent to install. They arrived on time, put their skills to work. Each person had their respective job and in less that one day, the system was up and running. Their workmanship was excellent and I would highly recommend them to neighbors and friends.

made the decision very easy for me to go with Superior. He was very helpful and willing to answer my questions. And the day of install was great. *** showed up early. They left the basement very clean and I am very pleased with the work that they did. They also assured me that they would come back in the spring to ensure the AC unit that was installed is working properly.

On November 29, 2018, Superior Heating and Cooling replaced our defective water heater. We had no hot water and Superior was able to replace the water heater in less than a 24 hour notice. They were very professional and removed the old water heater without leaving any mess behind in the basement. I had a little bit of sticker stock but Lucas from Superior was very helpful with explaining what was needed to get the new water heater up to code. My old water heater had no safety items installed. We would highly recommend Superior Heating and Cooling to our family and friends.

I couldn't have gotten better service anywhere. After trying to nurse a 25plus year old furnace back to life I decided to stop throwing good money at it & replace. Now this was the day before Thanksgiving at noon & after a couple phone calls I had a new furnace being installed. The whole install time was just under 3 hours. I couldn't have asked for better service from the initial call to customer service to the technician *** to the installers *** they are worked together to make this happen without a lot of complication. They discounted the install for all the money I had thrown at it trying to avoid the inevitable & made the whole experience easy & stress free. I highly recommend SUPERIOR HEATING & COOLING, I feel they have been honest with me from the beginning to the end & the guarantee on the equipment & service is as the whole experience is/was "SUPERIOR".....

When our old heating system stopped working again, we decided it was time to upgrade. After researching and getting estimates from three companies, we chose Superior Heating & Cooling. The person who came out for the estimate and the installation team all did their jobs well. They explained our options clearly, did the installation beautifully, and handled all of the paperwork for our Ameren rebate and warranty. It's nice to have heat again!

On November 16, 2018, Superior Heating and Cooling replaced our furnace and air conditioner. They arrived on time and went promptly to work. The installation was completed in one day. Despite snow covered ground and muddy conditions the work area was completely clean when they finished working. *** clearly explained the workings of the programable thermostat. We were greatly impressed with the professionalism of every Superior employee we encountered throughout this process from the initial consultation through the installation. Superior recently replaced my old AC and furnace with and energy efficient heat pump. In addition they installed new duct work to my upstairs loft and zoned my upstairs and downstairs. The work was wonderful. My house stays much cooler and the upstairs loft has become a place we can comfortably spend time in throughout the summer. The sales person was knowledgeable and answered my numerous questions. The work crew was professional and didn't mind my stupid questions. In addition, when the zoning was not initially working they came back and fixed it immediately. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new heating/cooling unit or wanting to updating their ductwork.
