I have been dealing with Superior Heating & Cooling for many years and although I have AHS as my home warranty provider, I bypass them and go directly to Superior Heating & Cooling directly and pay out of pocket for the service they provide. Their service is SUPERIOR and compared to the many providers sent me from my home warranty company in the past, I will never accept anyone other than SUPERIOR HEATING & COOLING for whatever issues I have with my heating and cooling needs. *** is terrific and so knowledgeable while *** is so accommodating when it comes to scheduling service, I highly recommend these folks and you will become their totally satisfied and loyal customer just as I am.

Called to get a quote on new AC and furnace, *** came out that morning and gave me a number of options and explained each one. Once I decided to go with Superior, ***were out the next day for the install, that went great. No problems, no surprises couldn't be happier.

Superior Heating and Cooling were fast and easy to work with when I needed a new AC unit. They gave the best quote and didn't try to upsale me. Work was completed quickly.

The office lady at Superior Heating & Cooling was so polite and wonderful to work with. My AC went out on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning she had 2 technicians out to install a new AC. It was 94 degrees that day and I had 5 young children to worry about. I have used Superior in the past and was very happy then as well. The 2 technicians that came out were very friendly, polite and professional. They made me feel very comfortable. They let me know every step of the way exactly what they were doing. They were very considerate of my home inside and out and left everything very neat and clean!

SUPERIOR HEATING and COOLING did A service call for my air conditioner. The technician name was *** he was very professional. *** called in for backup and I had a new air condition installed the same day the three men's did an excellent job on a day that was 97 degree. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TOO *** AND CREW.

Superior gave us the most easy to understand options and best prices of the bids we got. They had installed our old air conditioner and did service on it once which also influenced our decision. They did the installation in a very professional and friendly manner on the day it was scheduled and cleaned up after they were finished. When we went online to register the warranties we found out they had already done it for us; and when we called the Bryant customer service representative he sent us a PDF to confirm they had been registered (prevents cutting the warranty years in half). So far the air conditioning from the new system has been working fine and is very quiet and comfortable. We haven't needed the furnace yet.

We had a problem with our AC unit freezing up over the weekend. I called Superior first thing Monday morning and they sent a serviceman over later the same morning. His years of experience as a technician assured me he knew what he was doing. It may have cost us a new air conditioner and furnace, but with the coupons on their website, rebates from Ameren UE, and reasonable prices, we have a unit that will last another 20 years. And it was all done the same day!

I had a wonderful experience with this company they were very professional kept thir word, done all in one day I do recommend Superior Heating and Cooling if you need air conditioning services they will come as scheduled thanks to *** everyone that made it possible for my Family to be cool again my home feels so good

I just want to say Superior Heating and Cooling is an awesome company *** did a great job even the city inspector said it was a really great job the guys work quickly they cleaned up after themselves and they answered all my questions thank you so much and the air conditioner is really cold

just installed a new air conditioner and furnace in my home. They arrived exactly when I was told to expect them and they kept busy until I had air conditioning back. They took the time to explain to me how to work my new equipment and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Their relationship was positive and professional as they installed a new a/c system. Since then, they have maintained that system and upgraded our heating. Whether it's regular maintenance or a major installation, they are timely, professional and easy to work with.

Very positive experience. I called around several locations about ac and furnace replacement. Superior not only responded quickly to my call during a heat wave, but provided me a very fair and reasonable estimate. They were able to provide a higher efficiency unit at a better price than anybody else. They also came out quickly and installed the units on time as promised. They were very professional and clean. *** was great to work with and came out to the house to check on the work as it was being done. There is a reason they are called Superior. From contacting them for a quote, having an assessment by Andrew to Joe, Ben and Justin doing the install, it was a non-complicated experience. Couldn't even tell the A/C was on other than feeling cold air coming out the vent. Such a quiet system. They actually left the furnace and A/C areas cleaner than when they arrived. Great Company and awesome staff.
