Today the service representative for my AC unit arrived on schedule after being notified by the company office that he was on his wayMrAgbor Tgreeted me very professionally and was extremely friendly and very pleasantHe used booties on his feet when he came into my home and proceeded to explain exactly what he was doingHe completed the inspection task and service requirements In an outstanding manner and was very thoroughAfter completing the tasks he explained that the unit was performing well and what he had accomplishedAll aspects of his performance was outstandingHe is sincere and wants to do the very best job possibleI would label him as an extremely high valued employee
The technician that repaired my AC was very knowledgeable He assessed the problem and repaired it quickly and efficiently In addition, he gave me valuable information that I was not aware of and have had the unit serviced and repaired numerous times Cudos to the tech My problem is with the answering of phones in the main office I was on the phone for ten minutes just waiting to talk to someone Maybe a few extra operators?
Bad experience all the way around! Had brand new HVAC system put in the entire house months later it has a problem Charged $just to get them out to look (at the unit that's under warranty) then weeks and $labor later I'm finally up and running They need a credit card on the spot- no checks, no invoicing, not even a receipt without calling them Their phone system bounces you all over SW Florida and their billing is not itemized or clear cut I received an additional bill months after I paid on the phone with a credit card
Agbor Ta service tech from Unique Service did the month maintenance on my HAC and was very professional and informative with his report He arrived on time and when he was finished everything was put back to normal...nothing left undone It was a very positive experience
Unique Air continues to ague degraded HVAC and need for new unit even when unit is 1-years oldWe believe intentionally leaking refrigerant in order to justify new unit is degradedVery untrustworthy vendor

I have been dealing with UNIQUE services for almost years now, since relocating back to Fla We first started with AC services -- then new AC unit next was new water heater on to water softener We are pleased with ALL of them but in VERY large part that is due to our experiences with JEREMY --- he is the BEST at what he does, every single time he comes for routine maintenance under our service contract I specifically request him each and every time and he never disappoints!!
We have used Unique Services for many years, adding all the components (HVAC, plumbing, electric) as time went on because we found the service to be excellent, response time very good and quality guaranteed It was a plus to find out they have in-house financing for qualified clients and will really help with any issue (client comprehension, proactive service planning, financial concerns, rebates, etc.) which arises the mistakes have been very few and were reconciled quickly and fairly Our opinions regarding the services have been listened and attended to with respect The technicians work with us and are generally polite, punctual and knowledgeable
