Unique Air quoted a price which was much higher than several other companies I contacted, over $ 7,to replace my old A/C and the water heater for a small two bedroom apartmentThey made me believe that they were a reputable company better than others and I accepted to pay their higher asking price
They replaced the old unit with a new AC unitThe new AC unit functioned worse than my old AC unitIt was noisy, it was vibrating, I couldn't sleep at night due to the noise and I was constantly getting complaints from my adjacent neighborsUnique Air then replaced the first AC unit with another AC unit and the results were the sameDuring this time they continued to send more and more technicians, manufacturers' representatives, including a CEO from Unique Air, Mr*** who didn't even admit that there was a problemWhile all this was happening, the County inspector showed up and failed the installation due to it being non code-compliantUnique Air then installed the third AC unit which is still as noise as the first and second AC unit, but we just gave up in dealing with Unique AirThis ordeal took over months during which time I always had to be home between 8am and 4pm while all these technicians came and went
Based on my experience, Unique Air turned out to be the highest priced, the equipment they used was probably either used or of poor quality, the workmanship was average at best and I would never use them again

Blake B with Unique Air did a wonderful job with our a/c units today. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing - he added refrigerant and vacuumed out system and even replaced the filters so when the hot weather comes, we will be good and ready. Very good experience.
We have used Unique Services for many years, adding all the components (HVAC, plumbing, electric) as time went on because we found the service to be excellent, response time very good and quality guaranteed. It was a plus to find out they have in-house financing for qualified clients and will really help with any issue (client comprehension, proactive service planning, financial concerns, rebates, etc.) which arises. the mistakes have been very few and were reconciled quickly and fairly. Our opinions regarding the services have been listened and attended to with respect. The technicians work with us and are generally polite, punctual and knowledgeable.
