After identifying the problem, he explained what had caused it and offered good advice on how to proceed. He was knowledgeable about the costs and benefits of repair vs. replacement; and allowed us time to consider our choice unhurriedly.
Unique Air continues to ague degraded HVAC and need for new unit even when unit is 1-2 years old. We believe intentionally leaking refrigerant in order to justify new unit is degraded. Very untrustworthy vendor.
This is the best service representative we have encountered in a long time. [redacted] was a superb and polished person for whom his company should be proud. He did his work on our system, then carefully and considerately told us its current flaws and, (as I anticipated by the way) proposed a new system replacement as ours was quite old. He did this in such a professional manner that I was captivated with his presentation and procedure. Off course he sold us! As a retired business professional, CPA, I appreciated his skills. It is a long time since I have seen such a carefully structured presentation. Good for him and good for Unique in having such a special person to represent them.
Today the service representative for my AC unit arrived on schedule after being notified by the company office that he was on his way. Mr. Agbor T. greeted me very professionally and was extremely friendly and very pleasant. He used booties on his feet when he came into my home and proceeded to explain exactly what he was doing. He completed the inspection task and service requirements In an outstanding manner and was very thorough. After completing the tasks he explained that the unit was performing well and what he had accomplished. All aspects of his performance was outstanding. He is sincere and wants to do the very best job possible. I would label him as an extremely high valued employee.
Jeremy W, a technician for Unique Air Services is by far the best technician we have ever had service our HVAC system. He is thorough, proficient and explains everything in an easily understood manner. Top marks to Jeremy!
Jon F[redacted] as sales rep and Billy L[redacted], with his helper as installation techs, all conducted themselves as competent professionals who were focused on doing the job right for me. I had an A/C stolen and there were complications during installation, which were handled efficiently and smoothly. If future service follows their example, I can confidently recommend these folks. I feel that I got very good value for my money, to this point.
I called approximately 10:00 for service. Operator told me between 2-6. Brian called at 2:35 and said he would be here by 3:00. He showed up on time, sized up the situation and told me what was involved. He was done at 4:15, was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything he did and tested everything before leaving for the next call.
Agbor T. a service tech from Unique Service did the 6 month maintenance on my HAC and was very professional and informative with his report. He arrived on time and when he was finished everything was put back to normal...nothing left undone. It was a very positive experience.
