Bad experience all the way around! Had brand new HVAC system put in the entire house. 14 months later it has a problem. Charged $89 just to get them out to look (at the unit that's under warranty) then 2 weeks and $277 labor later I'm finally up and running. They need a credit card on the spot- no checks, no invoicing, not even a receipt without calling them. Their phone system bounces you all over SW Florida and their billing is not itemized or clear cut. I received an additional bill 2 months after I paid on the phone with a credit card.
I have been dealing with UNIQUE services for almost 4 years now, since relocating back to Fla. We first started with AC services -- then new AC unit ... next was new water heater ... on to water softener. We are pleased with ALL of them but in VERY large part that is due to our experiences with JEREMY --- he is the BEST at what he does, every single time he comes for routine maintenance under our service contract. I specifically request him each and every time and he never disappoints!!
Knowledgeable; pleasant & courteous; explained & showed me uv bulb. Called that he was on his way( 5 hour window for me to wait; so call was appreciated).

Unique Services - Good communications re: appointment times. Easy to schedule. Very efficient and knowledgeable service person (Seth). Will be using them again.
The technician that repaired my AC was very knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and repaired it quickly and efficiently. In addition, he gave me valuable information that I was not aware of and have had the unit serviced and repaired numerous times. Cudos to the tech. My problem is with the answering of phones in the main office. I was on the phone for ten minutes just waiting to talk to someone. Maybe a few extra operators?
Just had our semiannual maintenance appointment today. Ignacio was the Tech assigned to us. He was thorough in checking out equipment and addressing any issues. Very personable young man who presented a very positive image for his company.
We were very happy with the services of the technician who did the regular maintenance on our air conditioning. He arrived at the appointed time and did a thorough inspection during which he found that we had a burned-out bulb in the ultraviolet light that keeps mold and mildew from occurring. It would have been easy for him to miss this, and it could have adversely affected our health.
Today Unique provided the semi annual maintenance from 3 year old Trane unit. Agbor T[redacted] provided the service. He explained each step in the cleaning process and was helpful with a few maintenance suggestions he gave me. Very happy with the prompt, efficient and thorough service delivered by Unique.
I also appreciate the phone calls from Colby and Denise in setting up the appt. I give Unique a grade of 100 % Satisfaction for today's service.
Eric K. performed 6 month inspection, very thorough, explained every thing that he did & followed up with positive action. Discovered a valve icing over and will order replacement ASAP.
Outstanding young man, hope he can service mine anytime..........
Bill and Robert from Unique Services were on time and did a great job installing our new air conditioner. Knowledgeable. Provided some "service technician" opinions that were really appreciated. Only issue was they could have cleaned up a little better but still not bad.
Jason M. was professional and friendly. I am always hesitant when an additional service is recommended but Jason did explain the situation well and we most likely will have to follow through with duct cleaning.
Chris C[redacted] was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. He identified our problem and gave us the options, with the costs, to rectify the problem. We would certainly reach out to him if this kind of service was needed again in the future.
We have been using Unique Services for 20+ years and never have had an issue or a complaint with any of the service or technicians they have sent us. Even when we have had free home estimates done they have been professional and didn't try to do a heavy sell on us. They recommended without pressure. Today's visit was twice yearly maintenance and Jason M. was outstanding.
Excellent AC installation by Jessup and Chris of Unique Services. The guys were polite and worked neatly and as quietly as possible. Their work was professional and they obviously knew what they were doing. I highly recommend Jessup and
