Agbor Tcame to service my air conditioning last week He was amazing Prior to his arrival, I received multiple emails keeping me informed of his arrival time When he did arrive at the beginning of the time window you had provided me, he introduced himself professionally, explained what he was going to do, all while being very considerate of my home - laying down tarps and wearing 'booties' so as not to bring dirt into my home He checked everything out, cleaned my filters, tested all systems and explained everything to me in non-technical language I have had other service representatives in my 15+ years with Unique Services - Agbor is one of your best! I will request him by name for any future needs - he really was very pleasant, friendly and professional Keep up the great work
My representative from Unique Services that completed my monthly AC service was Ignacio GHe was outstanding!!! Ignacio was professional, informative and thorough! He did a great job and I will be requesting his services from now on! He made me feel confident that the job was done correctly and that my AC unit is perfoming the way it should!!! Ignacio Gcould have come and gone with minimal effort, but in his semi-annual checkup he was careful and thorough, using what we had (vinegar and hot water) to flush the system repeatedly, rather than bill us for a "solvent" cleaningDrainage had become sluggish, and he renewed it! He also educated us about why it's better to set our system to AUTO FAN, vs ON, and advised us to change our filters more often, since they were very dusty
Above and beyond his duties, he repaired our attic access ladder, which had become unsafe when a very large worker from another company tried to climb up with his toolbelt and toolbox -CRACK! Ignatius restored it to safe condition with expert placement of the right kind of screws, so he was able to safely go into our attic (and now we can, too!)My mother and I were impressed with his attitude, patience, and skills
I called Unique Air for a plumber as I had a blockageThey told me between 4-8pm, the next thing about half an hour went by and Brian R had arrivedHe was polite, clean and very nice, he had those pipes unplugged within minutesI would ask for him again if we have any more plumbing issues
I had a kitchen sink stoppage, and home warranty contractor indicated he could not clear stoppage without getting on the roof Contractor asked for his $service fee without doing any analyses of potential fixesI called Unique Services, and service technician (Chris C***) came within two hours Chris indicated there were several options he had for clearing the stoppage, and immediately went under the sink and ran his equipment through the drain line, and was able to clear the stoppage fairly quickly Chris was very professional, courteous and took great care to leave the kitchen area very clean before he left
Brian R was a very good salesman and plumber He not only convinced me to get a gal but also sold me on his company He it installed the water heater and cleaned up after Great Job
