This user began a free trial on and was charged $on This customer reached out a couple of times regarding how to cancel the free trial According to our customer care records, he received a response within hours on each occasion with instructions on how to cancel the free trial on his own Despite this customer never cancelling the subscription, we have refunded the $and canceled the subscription As such, we trust this will resolve the complaint

This user created several trial accounts during the 2015-season, and two of them converted to full subscriptionsWe could not originally locate these accounts with the information he provided but we finally have nowHe has been refunded for the renewals both from this season and the season We hope that satisfies any trouble he may have had

[redacted] first reached out to our Support team on July [redacted] asking how to opt out of Auto RenewWe responded within an hour giving them the details on how to do so manually [redacted] responded saying that he could not opt out manually on July ***Later that same day our team opted him out manually and confirmed that to himWe have not gotten another response from him

This user signed up for Free Trial on and was charged $on We have now cancelled user's subscription and refunded his $and his $charges We trust this will resolve the complaint

Daniel reached out to our team on August [redacted] and immediately received an automatic response that says that you’re in queue for cancellation and refund.Daniel submitted another requests on August [redacted] requesting cancellation and again received an automatic response stating that they are in queue for cancellation and refund.Our team processed the cancellation and refund this morning August *** and confirmed it to Daniel shortly thereafter.We hope this resolves the complaint

Sondra reached out to our support team 9/ [redacted] asking for help on how to cancel her trialShe received an automatic response that put her in queue to be canceledThe following day 9/*, Sondra was charged and reached back out saying she reported us to the Revdex.com through the ticket she had open and opened up another ticketOur team responded to her on 9/ [redacted] saying that they were working on her requestOn 9/*, our team initiated a refund for Sondra and confirmed it to her through both tickets

[redacted] was charged $on February ***[redacted] reached out to our CS team in February requesting to cancel her subscription on Feb **Our team could not initially locate her subscription so we reached out to her to get more informationShe never responded.Since [redacted] did not reach back out to our team her subscription auto renewed at $99.99.We have now been able to locate [redacted] 's account and have refunded both the $purchase from February ***, and the $Auto Renewal Charge from August ***We apologize for any inconvenience

A user from NFL Managed Fantasy league [redacted] wrote in on 8/ [redacted] saying that another user ( [redacted] ) was using profanity directed at themOur team locked that user “ [redacted] ” from posting, editing their team name, and emailing the leagueThey are still able to participate in the league but they are not able to be abusive to other users in the league[redacted] , the user we locked and that filed this Revdex.com complaint, reached out to us on 8/ [redacted] asking why they were blocked from posting, and emailing in their leagueThey received a response on 8/ [redacted] with a link ( [redacted] ) that directs them to our player conduct page where it is explained that all messages need to be free from abuseWe don’t follow up with these users because our policy is explained clearly through the link that they need to conduct themselves in a respectful manner

Incident summary: Someone used [redacted] ***’s email address to open an [redacted] account and started an NFL Fantasy leagueThe NFL Fantasy league was not drafted and had nobody else in the league so we deleted the league and removed the username “ [redacted] ” from [redacted]

This user is located within Spain and renewed for Game Pass EuropeWe do not have access to the European support team’s correspondence as that is run by DeltaTre but I can confirm that the Game Pass Europe app is not available for anything less than 4th Generation Apple TV’s We reached out to the European support team on this user's behalf and can confirm that this user's subscription has been canceled and the user has been refunded

Shane reached out to our team on 8/ [redacted] shortly after he was double chargedHe received an automatic response that his request was in queue for us to assist in his issueOn 8/ [redacted] Shane received a response with General troubleshooting and did not address the double chargeOn 8/ [redacted] Shane opened up a new ticket with the same concerns and inadvertently received troubleshooting information for PSOn 10/ [redacted] Shane reached back out saying he was charged double and our team canceled the double charge with him the same dayShane’s subscription has been successfully canceled and refunded We apologize for any inconvenience

Tom reached out to our team on 8/ [redacted] asking for a refundHe received an automatic response immediately with general information and our team responded to him with a response that told him he was in queue to be refunded on 8/*.On 8/ [redacted] we responded again telling Tom that we could not locate the account with the information he provided.Tom reached back out to our team saying he had not received a refund days later and our team had not responded to him.Upon further investigation after the Revdex.com report was filed, we were able to locate his auto renewed account under the email address [redacted] and the username “ [redacted] ” Tom's account has now been canceled and refundedThe subscription Tom has through his season ticket member promo code is still active

· [redacted] states that he subscribed to Game Pass without explanation that it would have blackoutsHe states that NFL Game Pass lies about the service providedOn the front page of [redacted] has the paragraph at the bottom of the page states: “Access live out-of-market Preseason games, replays of every game, the NFL Films Archive, and much moreCancel anytime during your trial.”· This information can also be found in our guide on the follow [redacted] · [redacted] also stated that there is no contact number or way to get in contact with our teamHe could have reached out through [redacted] He did not reach out to our support team for a cancellation and refund.· Regardless, we canceled and refunded his subscription and sent an email to him to confirm it has been canceled
