We initiated a refund for this user and have been told that we can refund the original card because If the card is expired or cancelled, the customer’s new card will be credited with the refundIn the rare case that the customer doesn’t have a new card, the bank will usually send the refund to the
customer’s bank accountAs such, we believe this user will be refunded properly, but if that is not the case we are happy to figure out another way to provide the refund

It appears this user registered for Game Pass International (even though he was not eligible due to US location). As a result, when attempting to access, he was unable to access because was identified as a domestic user. This caused confusion in attempting to cancel the
subscription. We have corrected the error and refunded the user in full. We apologize for any inconvenience

*** purchased his subscription on August *** through NFL Mobile on an AndroidHe reached out to our support team on the same day and received an automatic response that we would get to their ticket.On the same day (August **) we responded to *** telling him that he was in queue to be
canceled and refunded and that we would get to his request.Our team had not got to his request yet but we advanced his request today and canceled his subscription through the *** Play console.I hope this resolved the complaint

Unfortunately, the ability to pay in installments is not available at the moment. The terms and conditions speak to the availability of installments if elected by a user at payment because we are hopeful to have this capability in the futureThe terms do not guarantee that an installment
payment option may be elected by a consumer. As this individual has been refunded his money in full, there is nothing more we can do at the moment. We are happy to reach out to him in the future when/if installments are offered for the product

Incident summary: *** was locked in an un-paid NFL Managed League (***) for using profane language to another user in the league*** used the phrase “wow you just dont get the hint, I guess being a *** ** *** is your thing.” The user who received the message, reported it to us and because we have a no tolerance policy for comments like this, we locked *** from posting, editing his team name, and emailing the rest of the league*** is still able to participate in the league but he is not able to say offensive or profane language to the rest of the league*** reached out to our team to ask why he was locked multiple times and he received the following link in a response that details our rules of conduct for anyone who participates in NFL Managed Fantasy football-*** On the page, the following text is specific to the reason *** was locked-“LEAGUE/TEAM NAMES AND LEAGUE COMMUNICATIONIn all forms of communication on ***, it is imperative that users keep names and messages free from abusive, threatening or derogatory remarksThis pertains to league and team names, e-mails to league owners, activity feed, and the draft application chatSmack talk and the like is allowed, but the league environment should always remain competitive, fun and safe.Profane team names and vulgar comments/discussion within a league's Activity Feed will be edited/removed at the sole discretion of *** in order to preserve the integrity of *** Fantasy Football and promote a fun experience for all users.”Thanks,

This user’s cc info was deleted over month ago We have alsp removed their customer page from our eccomerce provider and deleted their *** account entirely I hope this resolves the complaint to the user's satisfaction

At this time, I have been contacted directly by NFL Enterprises, LLC regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

switch to GoogleChrome, it did open in full screen on the second attempt however the pause button would not workI therefore went back to FireFox.Since this past weekend I cannot get GamePass to open in full screen at all, no matter what I doPreviously, it would open after many attempts and again all this trouble started during their Father's Day weekend website upgrade and has not operated correctly sinceI have no issues streaming *** so I know it is not my computer and I have not made any changes to my computer since I purchased it two years agoToday is the final day of my subscription, the last six weeks of my subscription have been spent trying to watch games while fighting their website issuesNFL.com has contacted me regularly, I forwarded you their emails putting the complaint # in the subject lineAs of today, nothing has been resolved by NFL.com. *** reached out to our team on 8/** asking for a refundHe received an automatic response that he was in queue to be canceled.Our team then responded on the same day 8/** saying that we were unable to locate his subscription using the email address he was writing in fromOur team asked for
more information or alternate accounts.*** responded again on 8/** with the email address his subscription was linked to.He did not receive a response until 9/* and it was another response saying that they were still trying to locate his account and saying they would get to it.On 9/** our team finally initiated his refund and confirmed it to him on the same day.We apologize for any inconvenience that the delay caused
