This user began a free trial on 8/**/and was charged $on 8/**/16. This customer reached out a couple of times regarding how to cancel the free trial. According to our customer care records, he received a response within hours on each occasion with instructions on how to cancel
the free trial on his own. Despite this customer never cancelling the subscription, we have refunded the $and canceled the subscription. As such, we trust this will resolve the complaint

Our customer support team has sent the user an e-mail asking for information about his IP address while on his base, but has not yet heard back. Once we have that information we will look into the problem that he is experiencing

This customer has been refunded in full

It appears that the user inadvertently signed up for Game Pass Domestic and was charged $USD on 12/*/15. Given the confusion around this sign up, we have refunded this $amount on 2/*/

On 9/** *** was refunded $for a first installment payment of Game Pass per a request he made on 9/**.On 10/** *** reached out saying he had still not received his refund.Our team noticed *** had a Google Play purchase through NFL Mobile associated to his accountThis charge was
for Red Zone and is not Game PassWe have explained to *** that we have refunded the only charge we are able to locate for Game Pass and that the other charge on his account is a $charge for NFL Red Zone.If this has not resolved the issue for ***, he will need to provide alternate information of a different account so that we may try to locate any other charges

The NFL does not have any of credit card information for this user

No I was not able to watch the game that I bought the plan for as it was considered a local game and there fore was blacked out in that area

I even offered to give them a bank account number so they can refund the money and all I received from customer service is that they've reached out to their eCommerce partner so if they would like to get a bank account number from me so they could send me the money that way that is fine and I will accept the issue as being resolved but until I am refunded I will not mark this as a resolved!m

This user signed up for a day free trial of Game Pass on 9/**/ Per the terms of Game Pass free trials, he was charged on 9/**/ On September **, the user reached out to cancel his subscription His The refund was then denied apprpriately, as the first evidence of
contact was not within the window for refunds as specificed in the terms and conditionsWe are unable find any indication that this user cancelled or contacted us to cancel within the grace period

This user's subscription has been cancelled and he has been refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience

This user reached out by selecting Cancel Free Trial button and was responded to immediately with a message on instructions on how to do so but also, as always, "If you are unable to do this, please reply to this message to let us know.” User did not reply to the message and claims to
have canceled the free trial, but no cancellation shows. Regardless, we have now cancelled the subscription and refunded the user for the subscription fee

A user from NFL Managed Fantasy league *** wrote in on 8/** saying that another user (***) was using profanity directed at themOur team locked that user “***” from posting, editing their team name, and emailing the leagueThey are still able to participate in the league but
they are not able to be abusive to other users in the league.***, the user we locked and that filed this Revdex.com complaint, reached out to us on 8/** asking why they were blocked from posting, and emailing in their leagueThey received a response on 8/** with a link (***) that directs them to our player conduct page where it is explained that all messages need to be free from abuseWe don’t follow up with these users because our policy is explained clearly through the link that they need to conduct themselves in a respectful manner

As I said, my trial was cancelled on 9/**/16, immediately after listening to the Seahawks/Dolphins gameBusiness's lack of record of this is irrelevant to the matter, as I did in fact cancelThe terms and conditions do not obligate the subscriber to maintain record of a cancellation.This is my final attempt to resolve the matter before filing in small claims court
