time period allowed in the terms and conditionsThis response was paired with information that Game Pass within the United States has different restrictionsShawna reached back out through the same ticket on 9/** and 9/** expressing that she can’t even access her subscription and she had no way of knowing it wouldn’t work in the U.SOn 9/** our team then denied her request for a refund again and provided the terms and conditions againShawna reached back out on 10/*, 10/* and 10/**On 10/** she was once again denied for a refundShawna should have received information that stated the difference in the product offered in Japan vsthe United StatesGiven Shawna's inconvenience, our customer service team has now canceled/refunded her subscription

manually and confirmed that to himWe have not gotten another response from him

Alisha reached out to our support team on August *** asking why she was unable to access her subscription on her XboxShe received an automatic response telling her general troubleshooting techniques but our team did not follow up with her on her issues.On August *** she submitted another
ticket and again, got the automatic response, but our team did not follow up again.We have now refunded her and we have provided her with a 100% off promo code for her troubles.Our customer service team will continue to work with her to make sure she can access on her Xbox.I hope this satisfies the complaint

Incident summary: We have been working with Lydia on her issues accessing Game Pass on her web browsers back and forth since June ***She said in her newest Revdex.com complaint that it is her last day of access but we have already provided her a promo code that will grant her access through which I can see that she has appliedOur last message to her was on July *** and we recommended that she try to access via Chrome and asked her to provide us with some more information to try and troubleshoot her issuesShe did not respondIn her original requests she never requested a refund, just to get continued access but we have now refunded her $purchase from last seasonWe have confirmed to her that we have initiated the refund from last season and I will continue to work with her on getting her access through this upcoming season We hope this satisfactorily answers the complaint

*** was charged $on February ***.*** reached out to our CS team in February requesting to cancel her subscription on Feb **Our team could not initially locate her subscription so we reached out to her to get more informationShe never responded.Since *** did not reach back out
to our team her subscription auto renewed at $99.99.We have now been able to locate ***'s account and have refunded both the $purchase from February ***, and the $Auto Renewal Charge from August ***. We apologize for any inconvenience

opened up another ticketOur team responded to her on 9/* saying that they were working on her requestOn 9/*, our team initiated a refund for Sondra and confirmed it to her through both tickets
