TR Miller and his crews are greatThey installed a new furnace for us in July and its been working flawlessly sinceRecently I experienced a problem where there was no heat but the blower was still running in low it just wouldn't fire upPlaced the service call and within a couple for hours Tyler came to our rescueHe troubled shot the problem and had us up and running in about ten minutesHe is very knowledgeable and kept us very well informed on his progress throughoutIt was a very easy fix and it taught me a very good ( expensive) lesson to replace the batteries in my thermostat yearly or when the icon indicator comes on

I got several quotes on replacing my furnace and A/C and the quotes variedBut when MrMiller quoted me, he seemed very knowledgeable and mater-of-factHe stated that he had years of HVAC experience and in my opinion, that showed through completelyHe did not recommend unneeded products for the sake of up-sellingA few weeks later my furnace went out (early December so it was a priority)I called TJ Miller and had a crew out to my house the same dayThey started in the afternoon and finished in the evening, completely replacing my furnace and AC all at onceThe lead installer (Brian?) was completely professional, knowledgeable and courteousHe went over everything done in great detail and the entire crew did a fantastic job in removal, installation and cleanup!
