I contacted TR Miller to have my compressor checked This is not my first contact with TR Miller since I had my other air compressor go out around years ago While the other staff are good I think field rep Cody is truly an excellent field tech Not only he is extremely knowledgeable but he takes the time to investigate and find root cause of the problem Anyone else would have concluded tonight that the compressor is shorted out and need replacement but not Cody He kept digging till he found that the problem is a couple of burned wires related to unit that keeps coolant fluid in cold weather
Thanks to Cody, I now have compressor working again It is people like Cody that keep me going back to TR Miller

Had new heat/ac/humidifier systems installed back in July Everything was working great but noticed the humidifier seemed to be running but not affecting the humidity once it got really cold Contacted support and they sent out a technician free of charge to diagnose and fix the issue To my surprise it was the same tech (Cody B.) that installed the system in July He quickly identified an issue with the water line and fixed it in less than minutes A true professional

Mike * was very courteous and professional He took the time to explain everything to me regarding my central air conditioner I am quite pleased with the service call
