Christian was at our home recently to install a new humidifier on our furnaceCouldn't have asked for a more pleasant and understanding individualIn addition to installing the equipment he was careful to ensure all was as clean and in order as when he arrivedAs I am a senior citizen with somewhat limited mobility, he also took the time to explain how the equipment worked and made sure I was able to manage the settings and interim maintenance on my ownHe let us know with a phone call when he was on the way and arrived exactly on timeThe entire call went very smoothly
Mike was the consummate professional and represented TRMiller in a superb fashion He was very timely in meeting at the scheduled appointment time and well prepared to take care of my two furnaces (each one on the annual maintenance program since they were installed, as are my two AC units) He took the time to walk me through each furnace inspection and cleaning, as well as why some parts needed replacement (old parts, old furnaces -- they were both installed and years ago) Mike is a well-schooled and efficient H/VAC tech in all respects, as all of the previous H/VAC techs from T.RMiller have been I am a satisfied customer with T.RMiller (formerly ***) for almost years and their service ethic and professionalism is why I have stayed with them as well as have recommended them to many Keep up the great work T.RMiller!

Service call on 11/3/Mike did an exceptional job in exploring the options of a year old American Standard furnace that wasn't providing heatIn explaining the root cause as a faulty circuit board (as well as discussing other aspects of the furnace), he clearly demonstrated a high degree of competence, communication skill, and credibility in handling the discussion and options for resolution

We have used TR Miller (formerly ***) to service our furnaces, A/C and humidifiers since they installed the units in our new home years ago Mike *serviced a broken A/C unit today After listening to my description of the problem, he took the time to explain what he was looking for and then what he actually found wrong He showed me the broken piece from the unit and what was wrong with it, and then how the piece should have looked when he installed the new one Mike *was very nice and was patient answering my questions He also explained the problem in a way that was easy for me to understandI would also like to say that the office staff was very polite and helpful (as always) when I called to make my service appointment I was able to get an appointment the next day As promised, they called to let me know when Mike *was on his way to our houseI highly recommend TR Miller and have had only positive experiences with the company
Manny made service calls, one was a follafter he detected a leak in my a/c system He was thorough, provided good explanation, and was objective He clearly stated my options and answered all my questions He was professional and respectful
*** Miller came to my house to assess my air conditioning problem We agreed that a new air conditioner was best for my situation The technicians, AMMON and SEAN, did the replacement AMMON explained what they were going to do before the work started When finished, I was given a walk through of what was installed and how it operates I did ask several questions and each one was answered in a manner that I could understand Hopefully the unit will be trouble free for years
