My experience so far is constant upsell I called them out to look at my A/C unit this past summer, as my wife was complaining that we couldn't get the house down below degrees when it was 90+ outside The rep over the summer basically said it was working as it was supposed to, but still found $worth of stuff that apparently needed replacing in my six year old unit Note that this made zero difference in how well it was cooling the house He also convinced us to sign up with their annual program that included maintenance visits for the heater and ACI had the first maintenance visit this week, and experienced exactly the same thing Heater was working fine as far as I could tell, though we had an issue with the humidifier Humidifier was apparently simply being bypassed because a damper was closed, which he quickly found and fixed Still talked me into a $humidifier maintenance which was nothing more than a filter replacement, tried to convince me that the unit really wasn't the right one for the house and I should consider buying a new one Then took the furnace apart and claimed the burners were corroded and needed replacing, and a hose clamp needed replacing The unit is not quite seven years old I asked if he would be changing the intake filter as part of the maintenance, and apparently even that is not includedBasically I felt like every time I turned around there was a reason to spend more money I'm sure in my neighborhood this tactic works well I got increasingly frustratedWhen it was all done, he said "I see this is your last maintenance visit of the year - would you like to renew?" I was aghast It was the FIRST visit as far as I was concerned He tried to claim that the first visit was technically the visit in the summer, but even accepting thatdid I sign for something that was CALENDAR year based? Then I should have been prorated!
In short I am becoming convinced that this outfit is really about sucking as much $$$ out of you as possible when everything is working fine I wont be calling them againj

Tim Miller came out to give us our estimate and we were very impressed by his professionalism and honestlyWe did not feel any high pressure to purchase anything we felt we did not need On 2/5/we had a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner installed in our home after having heating issues for a couple weeksOur scheduled install was 2/When we called TR Miller over the weekend 2/and said we were having more serious issues with barely any heat they came out a week early to install Monday 2/5! It was in the single digits at night and under during the day for a few weeksWe were extremely pleased when they fit us in earlyBen and Christian were the installersExtremely professional, fast, clean and did great work We did get several estimates from other companies in the area and we have to say their prices are very competitive if not better than others! Extremely happy we went with them and will be using them instead of the company we have been with for over yearsWill also recommend them everyone we know
