TR Miller was referred to me by *** *** years ago when I'd had an *** *** AC installed at my home and it still would not work after multiple service calls Since *** *** was paying for the repair (is it a repair if it never worked right?) under warranty, when they asked if I'd let TR Miller try to repair it (even though they were not the company that originally installed the unit), I agreed They did fix it in their first visit and the AC worked for years after that
Earlier this week, my AC died (after years) I called and was given a service appointment for days later when the weather was supposed to warm up again They came during the time window they'd promised and we agreed that the unit needed replacing They were able to install a new unit that afternoon, so I had AC for the holiday weekend
The servicemen were professional, polite, very competent, cleaned up after themselves, everything I could ask for I would (and have) rec

I am rejecting this response because:
Another lie from business, it just keeps piling up.  State should really investigate as if this business is willing to lie about something as small as this then there is no telling the lengths they are willing to go to. Again when I called the second time and asked for a quote just on the part I was quoted $202 over the phone but was charged $377.00 two days earlier. Again the company said there was NEVER a charge to come back out and install a part they did not have, and on the phone [redacted] said the second $63 was to send the tech out a second time to install the proper wheel.  [redacted] just simply has a hard time with the truth and that also could be why when I requested to speak with right away it took him over 3 hours to get back to me(needed time to make up a story for why I was being taken advantage of).  I also have a copy of the bills they left and it is exactly as I emailed in the complaint.  It seems [redacted] likes to make up bills and charges after the fact

We found this company to be extremely professional, trustworthy and honest. They were fully knowledgeable on the latest technologies of airflow and did not try to upsell us on something we did not need. The owner was down-to-earth - stopping by after the installation to go over any questions we had on operating and servicing the equipment. The installers were respectful and careful - a team of three that got the job done efficiently and thoroughly. We really can't say enough - it's rare to find a solid, good company with competitive prices these days. We were lucky to have another company recommend them, and then the references from years previous had all good things to say too.

Many thanks for a very positive experience. Work done on time and as outlined in contract. Very courteous and knowledgable work crew. Highly recommended.

We had a first rate experience with TR Miller Heating and Cooling from the moment Tim came to our home to give us an estimate, to the actual install of our new furnace and ac. Tim and his installers are very knowledgeable, and eager to provide great service for their customers. We appreciated that Tim was current with the various rebates we could qualify for with our new equipment, and that he made sure we received the proper applications and necessary info we needed to complete them. We are thoroughly relaxing with our new, quiet and efficient furnace, and looking forward to a cool comfortable summer for many years to come!

I do apologize for not being able to resolve this without a third party.  All our pricing is up front.  No repair, diagnostic, or...

install can be performed unless authorized by the property owner.  Joel was never over charged.  He agreed to the overtime diagnostic plus the temporary part for heating.  He was also made aware of additional charges to install the correct factory part.  The price to return and install the factory part was to be determined since the supply house was closed on Saturdays.  Upon return, the customer was given the cost to complete the repair and OK-ed this before the work was completed.  Total cost for all services performed plus parts and labor was $517.00.  Once the repair was completed, the home owner called in anonymously and asked for a quote on repair.  He was verbally quoted $422.00. The verbal quote included regular time diagnostic, parts, and labor.  The difference from what he paid ($517.00) and the verbal quote is $95.00.  The $95.00 difference comes from the requested overtime diagnostic on Saturday and the additional charges to return and install the factory part that was ordered. At TR Miller we pride ourselves in honestly, all of our pricing is up front before any service is performed.  The homeowner pre authorized every charge before any service was performed.  I can supply any service tickets from the work performed needed.  Again, I’m sorry we could not resolve this sooner and hope to continue growing our relationship in the future.

I FIRST PURCHASED AN [redacted] FURNACE FROM T.R.MILLER 20 YEARS AGO. THE COMPANY, OFFICE STAFF, SERVICE TECHS, AND INSTALLERS WERE TOP NOTCH. THAT IS WHY I JUST PURCHASED ANOTHER FURNACE FROM THEM TODAY. (11/16/16). TODAY SPECIAL THANKS GO TO 'MIKE' (our service tech), and "BEN"& "CRISTIAN" (our installers)

Tim [redacted] is honest, professional and experienced. His crews are excellent at installation of new equipment. The company has always been attentive to my needs and a pleasure to work with. There are many HVAC companies available in the marketplace, but these folks do the job right!

TR Miller was nice to work with. Tim [redacted] came to my house to give me an estimate. After looking at the system I currently had, he made recommendations for me. He explained everything thoroughly and did not mind when I asked questions. I took a few days to talk it over with my husband and then called to set up an appointment for them to install my system

Three men came out to install and they were all very polite and helpful. They put down tarps to make sure no dirt was tracked onto my carpeting and at the end of the day everything was completely cleaned up. They gave me all of the paperwork for my new system and made sure that I understood everything before they left. They even left me with two coffee mugs, pens, and paper. This was a totally unexpected, but appreciated, gift.

Four days later I also received a call from the office just to check if I had any questions.

Overall, a very good experience!
