They did an awesome job with my resume went down from 3 pages to one single page. I have had some gaps in my job and have posted this no calls yet, Hope to hear soon from somewhere.
I am a recent user of TopResume and was a little skeptical at first, but then I submitted my resume for a free upgrade. I was so impressed by the free version I had to see what I would get for +$200. Again, I was pleasantly surprised at what a great job Kimberly H. had done on my resume and I still had 2 revisions included in the cost!!! At the end of the process I walked away with a fantastic resume and very strong cover letter. I highly recommend TopResume. They know how to use certain words to make your resume stand out and visually, I have the best looking resume I have ever seen, so mine will rise to the top. Thank you Kimberly, great job!
I believe it's important to keep your resume up to date with information and "style". Top Resume took my outdated resume and updated it quickly and professionally after reviewing my existing resume and working with me to get the most accurate information needed. They did an exceptional job.
I purchased a resume from Top resume after, posting my resume on *** and they gave it a terrible review. In a panic I purchased the new resume from them with a expedited package, so they I would be able to get the resume back on-line asap. When I received their draft it was so far off that
I could not afford to wait any longer. It would have been another three days ( maybe) before I would get a finished product. Top Resume portrait themselves to be a top resume writing company, but the reality was they sent me a product that was on a 8th grade level. I requested a refund and told them I did not want to move forward with them

I'm sorry to hear about your poor experience, and I would like to elaborate on our process. I see that you immediately asked for a full refund after the first draft. A typical order will have 2-3 revisions, and some more experienced customers will require even more revisions. Like any writing project, writing a resume requires collaboration and revision. A writer would not be able to properly reflect all of your experiences in one draft. If you would aren't happy with your current writer, we are happy to reassign you with a different writer. If you've changed your mind and would like to finish the project with your current writer, your writer will be happy to continue editing and revising until you get a final draft.

As I stated in the first complaint, the company did not send me a completed Resume. I paid extra for an expidited resume and all I recieved was a document copied from my original resume that they told me was no good. They said that they would finish but we would need additional meeting to discuss what was needed. TRhey did not use the notes that I sent them to produce the new resume. Today they sent me an email stating (see below in Red )
With this being said, I stand behind my first complaint

Receiving a new perfect resume is only good if you have it on time. "If a hospital Patient prepaid extra money to have the hospital expedite a new heart and received it the day of the operation, but their was a problem with it. The patient dies that day. Would they still send him another heart or would they give the family back the money. When I ordered the resume, I paid to have it expedited. The resume that I received was not close to the finished product. The writer did not follow my instructions. I felt that the sent this resume to me just so that they would hit their deadline. If I had to go back and forth with them to make the resume right, the opportunity that I had would be gone. So I used my original resume. This was the resume that the company ripped apart to convince me to pay and sign up with them. WHAT GOOD IS THE RESUME A FEW DAYS LATER. ***

I'm very sorry to read that you did not find my answer satisfactory, and I would like to apologize again for the less than ideal experience. However, as mentioned in the last response, since you've filed a dispute with your credit card we will have to wait for your bank to investigate and determine if the money will be refunded. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
I highly recommend TopResume for their services offered. I used their (a) Resume rewriting, (b) Thank You email writing for use after an interview, (c) *** website re-do, and (d) posting your resume to 100 job sites. It was especially valuable since it's been 21 years since I've had to look for a job. While I took an online course in how to re-write my resume, TopResume improved it even more. And these days, finding a job IS a full-time job. So if you're currently employed, there's not much time at the end of the day to do all the things necessary to find a new job. And how much is your time worth, regarding then posting your resume to 100 job sites. So it was well worth the cost!
I enjoyed working with Jennifer fro Top Resume. She really helped me to create the perfect resume and LinkedIn profile. After several edits we were able to include my extensive background and the final result was excellent! I will definitley refer your company to anyone who is interested. Thank You

I have a positive experience with TopResume.
I have to admit that writing a resume is my witness, maybe due to the long field experience acquires for many years that make it hard for me to summarize.
TopResume staff was able to support me with a clair and well formatted resume including the key elements of my past experience and skills.
I will recommend them for their professionalism in the domain.
We had a slight hiccup in the beginning but Joe came in and polished up and finished my resume very quickly. I ended up with a great, professional resume. Great customer service, I might add!
I had an extremely positive experience with TopResume. Yes, you have to be involved with suggested edits on drafts, but the turnaround and quality were outstanding. I ended up with a much improved resume, a cover letter and great suggestions for changing my *** site (that being in the form of verbiage I could cut and paste into ***). I highly recommend TopResume for value and quality.

Overall it was a good experience working with TopResume. They did what they promised they would do.
I placed an order for service on 3//2017 to have my resume redone, linked in and Cover letter. The total was $349.00 and confirmation of purchase was ***. I was advised that with my new resume that I would have interviews within 60 days. I have not had any calls, interviews or anything since the 1st resume was done. The did a re-write of the resume in June and here we are 9//17 and still I have had not one phone call, interview or anything and have applied for over 400 positions. I am VERY upset with this company and the false information they provide as saying they will be able to help you get interviews with this new resume. I have emailed and called them numerous times and have not got a response to which I feel they are trying to fix the problem. This was a complete waste of my time and money.
