I believe it is possible to make sure the credit bureaus are all notified and updated faster and more efficiently so that I don't have to wait yet again for my credit report to corrected

I also expect a monetary consideration to offset the harassment from credit collection, and the time and energy wasted trying to get Target or its agents to act on my complaint

The voided transaction was charged to my account on June 8, and I contacted my bank on June 11, I received a letter from Target on July 27, disputing my claim and stating that the "charge will remain on my bank account"After numerous calls to Target to get anybody to research my dispute, I received a collection letter dated July 27, on July 30, Called Target again and I was told that my dispute was still being researchedI received a "final notice" collection letter dated August 21, on August 28, Again I was told she would send a message to the Dispute Center to research ASAPAn ACH deposit was made to my checking account on September 4, and I figured Target had concluded my dispute and corrected their mistake by depositing the money back into my accountBut on November 11, I received a letter from the Northland Group demanding the money or a letter disputing the validity of the debt within daysI sent a certified letter to the collection agency on November 20, which was delivered to their P O Box on November 24, and has not yet been picked up by themSo my question to you is has this matter been resolved by the deposit to my account and the collection agency will no longer attempt to collect the debt nor contact the credit reporting agenciesI would like an explanation as to why I am being hounded for the money when it had been returned by Target before I received a letter from your collection agencyI need an official letter from Target stating that an error had been made by your company and I am not responsible for the debtI am attaching a timeline and a copy of the letter sent to the collection agency in the hopes that you can better understand the steps I have taken to resolve this problem and how the events unfolded

Going back and forth with Target on an account that does not belong to me, I have provided documents on numerous occassions thah I am a victim oF ID Theft, Target is claiming that my drivers license was swiped, I lost my wallet with all of my personal belongings inlcuding my drivers license, social securit, credit cards and money, so the person that opened the account obviously had all the necessary documents to open an account, target is also claiming that there are signed documents that "match" my signature first off my drivers license had my signature so that individual must have forged my signature, i'd like for target to mail me a copy of the contract that I "signed" for I want to see proof with my signatureTo top it all off when I called target I was told that my account was transferred to an "attorneys" office I never got any formal notice that this account was transferred to a third party, this is violating every aspect of a victims privacy, if target cannot provide me with any signature or proof I request this account to be removed from my credit file, this is putting me through embarrassment and stress being turned down for a simple credit card for something actions thath I was not responsible for
