As discussed with your customer service this is a mistake on Target's partThe account in question was removed through your web portal, but never updated on your siteThen the other account was selected for payment, but your website still chose the wrong accountThe old account was removed due to fraudulent charges and is no longer in use, which once again, you're company was advised of
What is more upsetting about this is the first representative I had spoken with stated that the charge would be removedI would like this cleared up immediately, and as before a formal apology written
It is not my fault that your portal did not remove the account when told to as well as charged the wrong accountNor should I be held responsible because of it

I didn't know our account was in trouble until I was able to get a copy of our credit report
After looking at our credit report and saw that Target put something bad on our credit report, I went to my Target account on-line to see what was wrongThat's when I found out that we were overdue on payments to TargetI didn't know until then that I had not changed the Target emailAt that point I changed the email on our Target account
You need someone to trouble-shoot stuff like thisIf you had sent me a letter instead of turning me over to a collection agency, things would have turned out differentlyI would have paid my bill had I knownDo you have a trouble-shooter that decides when to turn someone over for collection? Or does a computer do that? My account went over $because you added over $in late fees
But in reading your response I can see that it's all about money and not about good customer relations
On the day I changed my email address with Target I changed the receipt of our account to paper, but I have yet to receive anything in the mail
I realize there are people who do not pay their bills on purpose, but I am not one of themBut thanks for making me feel like one of them
I'm sorry about trusting Target, and that I tried to be green about receiving my target credit information thru my email
What I can do is tell everyone about your attitude toward shoppers, and also not to shop at Target
