Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Unfortunately your response fails to address the issues presentedI ordered on the Friday morning after Thanksgiving and was told my order would ship that dayIt did notThat is bait and switchDo not try to use a tragedy that had not even occurred yet as an excuse! The use of the Paris attack as an excuse is bad enoughHave you no decency? Let us further examine your reply anyway just to point out the flaws with this:- The delay you notified me about would be 2-days after which my ammo still had not shipped- A full week after I ordered your Sam D [redacted] claimed to have just packed my order that morning- That morning when I called and talked to CJ she insisted that you had only been working since Tuesday, not SundayWho lied to me? Sam or CJ?- CJ told me that my order had gone out that morning...but you were able to immediately cancel and refund my orderApparently you still had possession of the items...- I did not ask to have my order voidedI asked for a refund on the costs of shipping because your company could not ship in a timely manner.- My order was voided by Sam without consulting me and then your company IP banned me from your website because I started the complaint with the Revdex.com over your bait and switch tacticsHere is a quote from December 4th (a full week after my order was placed and I was promised it would ship that day) in reply to an email notifying your company of the complaint: "I had your order picked and packaged myself this morningJust to make sure you get it ASAPHowever, after I read your last email, I've decided to take the following action: · Pulled your order out and issued a full refund back to your [redacted] Card · Blocked you from placing future orders with us PSI do not lie and you must have missed several indications from us that we are/were behind on processing orders"Your company has acted very unprofessionally through this whole ordealI ordered the exact same ammo elsewhere (saving $in the process) and it shipped out the very same daySo it seems other people can handle putting two smaller boxes into a larger box and then shipping it all in one day...and for less money! To whom it may concern To address the shipping issues that Mr [redacted] noted, under circumstances we ship orders out the same exact day if ordered before 2PM ESTHowever, because of high volume of incoming orders due to unforeseen tragic events such as the Paris attack and the California Terror attack as wellI would also like to know that we advise all of our customers of the delay and Thank them for their patience.Lastly, we have been working days a week (including Sunday's) in order to catch up with shippingPer ***'s request, the same day we've issued a full refund and voided the order99% of our customers have seen this before and do understand the delay and give us their out most supportRegardsDoug D***Target Sports USA

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The fact that Target sports did drop the ball on my order was upsetting in itself but was not a show stopper That kind of stuff happens I was still very much willing to work with the company up to the point that I talked to the customer service manager It was the managers rude comments and abrasive personality that caused me to cut ties with the Target Sports and submit this complaint to Revdex.com To drop the ball is one thing To be rude to a customer when they call to let you know you dropped the ball is another To say you believe you offered fair resolutions to satisfy my concerns simply means that lessons were not learned from this experience and that your future customers will experience the same poor customer service I for one will never again be one of those customers Sincerely, [redacted]

Basically, we oversold on the the item you've ordered and did not have anymore in stock. You must have not received the email or it may... have went into spam. However, we received the new shipment in today and your order did leave our warehouse this morning heading your way.
