On my end I an showing that authorization was made but never processed due to not having the item in stock.  Look, bottom line is that if we did have this item in stock we would sell it to you and make money. I am rejecting this response because:Sorry, even if you have been busy, you could have taken care of just one of my many emails, telephone calls, notes in the orders, etc. I wasted  a lot of time for this already. And I do no want to go looking (and paying) for dealers in my area for have the ammo shipped.But, I will tell you what: refund my membership cost  (then you can cancel my membership) and I will cancel this complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: The merchandise was eventually shipped after the Revdex.com contacted the business. The shipment was received on January 3, 2018; 17 days after the purchase date. I am confident that I may not have received my order had the Revdex.com not intervened. I am comfortable in having the Revdex.com close the complaint.

As you know, we are in the business of selling a commodity, a consumable product and YES depending on the demand and supply the prices change on a daily basis. I am very sorry to hear that you bought it on a high end, but so did we. Please know that our profit margin...

ALWAYS stays the same, and we change our price depending our our cost at that time.

Revdex.com:  I finally received the order but without...

the extra box supposedly sent for the inconvienience.  I did get what I originally ordered though.

To whom it may concern,Mr. [redacted] has been an customer of ours for some time know. As a matter of fact this was his 5th order with us within the last 6 months. There was never an issue whatsoever on any of the previous orders. However on the last order, order number [redacted], we actually had a...

delay in shipping this order out due to us having to get the products from another warehouse. Mr. [redacted] was aware of that as I emailed him on the 6th, 7th, 10th and 11th of May  responding this his emails about the status of his order. In those 4 emails Mr. [redacted] never mentioned that he wished not to wait any longer and would like us to issue a refund, otherwise we would have done that, of course. In addition, because of such a delay, I've notified Mr. [redacted] that I would be sending him extra of the product because of this delay and inconvenience. As of today, May 13th, we've processed the full refund back to the same Credit Card that was used to make the purchase, please allow 2-3 business days for the refund transaction to go through and complete.
