I am rejecting this response because:
If it is the case that you have voluntarily selected to limit the qty that can be purchased to a qty less than would allow a customer to obtain free shipping, then the following statement on the website is false and misleading. You are generating traffic to the website with the following expectation and are not fulfilling the advertisement. A further concern is that "free shipping on all bulk ammunition" is a major reason customers would visit Target Sports USA over another website. Then to reverse this is disingenuous.
"All ammunition at Target Sports USA is eligible for free shipping"
