I am rejecting this response because:If it is the case that you have voluntarily selected to limit the qty that can be purchased to a qty less than would allow a customer to obtain free shipping, then the following statement on the website is false and misleading. You are generating traffic to the website with the following expectation and are not fulfilling the advertisement. A further concern is that "free shipping on all bulk ammunition" is a major reason customers would visit Target Sports USA over another website. Then to reverse this is disingenuous."All ammunition at Target Sports USA is eligible for free shipping"

To whom it may concern,We have met every request set fourth by [redacted]. In reference to his order with our company, we have kept him up to date on the order status almost on a daily basis and responded to his requests accordingly. [redacted] even himself acknowledged that by writing an review on our [redacted] (see attached image). Furthermore, when [redacted] decided to cancel the order as he was worried about his money, we've issued a full refund immediately back to the same Credit Card that  was used to make the purchase. Several days later, [redacted] expressed interest in placing an order again for the same items and have it shipped out again, but had some hesitations due to his previous experience and decided to pass. I am not sure what else we can do to rectify this situation and satisfy [redacted] needs. Best Regards, [redacted]

Most of Mr. [redacted]'s claim is accurate. We did drop the ball on his order and were unable to fulfill it successfully. Within the time period, we've tried to get the items back in stock so we can send it, however were unable to do so,...

primarily due to Holiday Season breaks etc. On the phone we did offer Mr. [redacted] several options to resolve the matter; A. Issue a full refund and having Mr. [redacted] keep the second item on the order free of charge for the inconvenience,B. keep it on back-order and ship once the item is back in stock, or C. substitute the item for another similar product that is of the same or greater value. Mr. [redacted] instructed me to issue a full refund back to his Credit Card (option A) which we did immediately. Once again, I sincerely apologize for being unable to deliver the goods as promised, however I believe we offered fair resolutions to satisfy Mr. [redacted]. Sam D[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
Unfortunately your response fails to address the issues presented. I ordered on the Friday morning after Thanksgiving and was told my order would ship that day. It did not. That is bait and switch. Do not try to use a tragedy that had not even occurred yet as an excuse! The use of the Paris attack as an excuse is bad enough. Have you no decency? Let us further examine your reply anyway just to point out the flaws with this:- The delay you notified me about would be 2-3 days after which my ammo still had not shipped. - A full week after I ordered your Sam D[redacted] claimed to have just packed my order that morning. - That morning when I called and talked to CJ she insisted that you had only been working since Tuesday, not Sunday. Who lied to me? Sam or CJ?- CJ told me that my order had gone out that morning...but you were able to immediately cancel and refund my order. Apparently you still had possession of the items...- I did not ask to have my order voided. I asked for a refund on the costs of shipping because your company could not ship in a timely manner.- My order was voided by Sam without consulting me and then your company IP banned me from your website because I started the complaint with the Revdex.com over your bait and switch tactics. Here is a quote from December 4th (a full week after my order was placed and I was promised it would ship that day) in reply to an email notifying your company of the complaint: "I had your order picked and packaged myself this morning. Just to make sure you get it ASAP. However, after I read your last email, I've decided to take the following action: · Pulled your order out and issued a full refund back to your [redacted] Card · Blocked you from placing future orders with us PS. I do not lie and you must have missed several indications from us that we are/were behind on processing orders"Your company has acted very unprofessionally through this whole ordeal. I ordered the exact same ammo elsewhere (saving $20 in the process) and it shipped out the very same day. So it seems other people can handle putting two smaller boxes into a larger box and then shipping it all in one day...and for less money! They didnt even have to misrepresent themselves.

Hi [redacted]  I am not sure what you mean by blocked from our company ?? Looking at your account, and per my last email, I've issued a full refund back to your Credit Card. As for us not responding to your emails and phone calls, I must assume that you've tried calling us after our normal business hours ( We are EST, here on the East Coast and close at 5PM EST). I am rejecting this response because: Their facts are not adding up.  They told one customer (who happens to be someone I know) that they don't even sell that product.  But they are telling me that it was a data error.  The products remained on the page (only with a higher price) for atleast one business day.  They are upset that I came to you for resolution, but when you call to talk to them you get the run around and have to talk to someone that you can barely understand because of heavy accents.  I am also upset with the customer service, as they should have taken the time to notify everyone, that placed an order, that the orders had been voided instead of just leaving us hanging.  As far as the prices on the guns, they state their is no such thing as a $5 gun.  Well the items I have a receipt for were not priced at $5.  Businesses do have liquidation sales!  I have purchased several items for pennies on the dollar because of liquidation sells.  Bottom line is your website advertised the prices, I added them to my cart, I received a receipt of purchase from you.  Simple as that.

I am rejecting this response because: TARGET SPORTS USA HAS A NOTIFICATION ON IT'S WEBSITE , WHEN ALL ORDERS ARE PLACED: " NO REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS" OF ANY ORDERS !!!!!!!!!!!.....THEY NEVER OFFERED ANY CANCELLATIONS,  REFUNDS OR CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT !!!!!.........IN ADDITION, THEY ADMITTED THAT THEY "SOLD OUT THEIR STOCK OF THE PRODUCT THAT I ORDERED" BUT NEVER INDICATED THAT THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK, AT THE TIME THAT I ORDERED FROM THEIR WEBSITE.....SO THEY WERE ATTEMPTING TO SELL PRODUCTS THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE TO SELL !!!!!.........ALL MY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL, WERE GIVEN LITTLE CREDENCE/ ATTENTION.....THEY KEPT INSISTING THAT MY ORDER HAD "SHIPPED" EVEN WHEN THEY KNEW THAT IT HAD NOT SHIPPED !!!!!!!!!!!!!..........IN MY OPINION THIS COMPANY KNOWINGLY, WILLINGLY AND ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN "DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING" AS THEY WERE PROMOTING MERCHANDISE THEY DID NOT HAVE TO SELL TO THE PUBLIC...........THUS THEY ARE PROBABLY GUILTY OF : "WIRE FRAUD"  AS WELL AS FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING AND  "THEFT OF FUNDS"  (TAKING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS UNDER FALSE PRETENSES)..........THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE FINED AND IT'S BUSINESS LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

To whom it may concern,We, TargetSportsUSA, offer free shipping on bulk ammo. Bulk ammo is defined as case, which varies depends on manufacturers original packaging. At certain times due to high demand, we limit the amount one can purchase in effort to server as many as our customers as possible....

To whom it may concern, Again, Mr. [redacted], If I offended you in anyway, shape or form on a personal level, I AM TRULY SORRY, and SINCERELY APOLOGIZE. It is not in my or our companies best interest to be rude to our costumers especially to ones that a repeat clients. I may not have the best personality to handle Customer Service calls, but my solutions to our issues were fair. As noted before, we were experimenting with some data and that should have been done on a staging site, however spilled over somehow on to our live site.
Because our developer is located in [redacted] and the time difference, we were unable to fix the issue...

This was an honest mistake and Mr. [redacted] should know that. And Yes I will say it again, there is no such thing as a $5.00 gun.

To whom it may concern,Mr. [redacted] has been an customer of ours for some time know. As a matter of fact this was his 5th order with us within the last 6 months. There was never an issue whatsoever on any of the previous orders. However on the last order, order number [redacted], we actually had a delay...

in shipping this order out due to us having to get the products from another warehouse. Mr. [redacted] was aware of that as I emailed him on the 6th, 7th, 10th and 11th of May  responding this his emails about the status of his order. In those 4 emails Mr. [redacted] never mentioned that he wished not to wait any longer and would like us to issue a refund, otherwise we would have done that, of course. In addition, because of such a delay, I've notified Mr. [redacted] that I would be sending him extra of the product because of this delay and inconvenience. As of today, May 13th, we've processed the full refund back to the same Credit Card that was used to make the purchase, please allow 2-3 business days for the refund transaction to go through and complete. After this response, I will consider the matter closed.  Their communication responsiveness was fine, except their explanations were not truthful.
Initially they said the shipment was ready to ship, but misplaced and they would reprocess the next day.  Two weeks later they were telling me the product was at a different warehouse.  Then they told me the truck was very late.
When they got the letter from the Revdex.com, they canceled the order and refunded my credit, without consulting me.  They indicated that it was to bad too, because the truck came in yesterday with my product.  This is when I inquired about reopening the order.  However, even a day after that, two days after the truck "came in with my items" their on-line product counter had not changed from what it first said.
They are dishonest and using our money to make their orders, of fund something underhanded.  Lots of people feel this way...check their lower score reviews on their FaceBook page, unless they have deleted them.
They did refund my money and I went to another store and was able to get the same deal, on time and as promised...no waiting, no lying, no hassles.  I won't be back.

To whom it may concern To address the shipping issues that Mr. [redacted] noted, under normal circumstances we ship orders out the same exact day if ordered before 2PM EST. However, because of high volume of incoming orders due to unforeseen tragic events such as the Paris attack...

and the California Terror attack as well. I would also like to know that we advise all of our customers of the delay and Thank them for their patience.Lastly, we have been working 6 days a week (including Sunday's) in order to catch up with shipping. "normal" as receiving and processing on or about 2000 orders per day,
we are able to ship 99.6% of orders that same exact day if order placed before
2:00PM EST.
Due
to high volume of incoming orders, we are experiencing delays on shipping and
processing orders.
On or about Jan 4th, [redacted] requested a full refund and the cancellation of his order, which we processed immediately.
Again, I am very sorry about the inconvenience and a delay on our end. We are working very hard to catch up to the demand and our normal shipping time frames.

I am rejecting this response because:
The fact that Target sports did drop the ball on my order
was upsetting in itself but was not a show stopper.  That kind of stuff happens.  I was still very much willing to work with
the company up to the point that I talked to the customer service manager.  It was the managers rude comments and abrasive
personality that caused me to cut ties with the Target Sports and submit this
complaint to Revdex.com.  To drop the ball is
one thing.  To be rude to a customer when
they call to let you know you dropped the ball is another.
 
To say you believe you offered fair resolutions to
satisfy my concerns simply means that lessons were not learned from this experience
and that your future customers will experience the same poor customer
service.  I for one will never again be
one of those customers.
