My wife and I attended the Home Show in Wilmington this past fall and met David and Dawn Dawn scheduled an appointment for David to come to the house to give us a free estimateHe was very courteous and informative explaining our options for equipment, an analysis of the best locations for our three new units, and explanation of the installation process and costsDawn followed up his visit with detailed emails and contract information Everything was very clear and exact When the installers came there were two electricians James and his assistant Liam They were fantastic with installing the electrical lines to the outside unit Glenn and John installed the three [redacted] units Both teams worked efficiently and neatly, always remembering to put on the protective booties to keep the house clean The installation took two days Dawn followed up the installation with all of the necessary paperwork for the rebates and patiently answered all of our questions I would unequivocally recommend Papalia Home Services for [redacted] installationEverything is working and we are happy

Our bathroom tub fixtures were a complete mess .Mike was very nice very polite , he quickly assessed the problem gave me a price and had everything he need was in his truck The end result was amazing much better then I hoped forHe took the extra time to make everything perfect After the work was complete they made sure everything was clean and just how they found it We will definitely will be calling Papalia for any of our other needs in the future Thank you very much ***
Crystal and Mike were fast to respond to a Hot Water tank breakdownSaving me from any water damageI had my tank replaced the same day and was back to hot showers! All done with courtsey and a neat a clean job
We had an emergency Saturday afternoon Our sump pump failed and the basement was flooding I called papalia around 3: Within minutes mike at papalia showed up He had the pump dived in well next one hour I am thoroughly impressed with papalia I would recommend them 100%!!
On time arrival and fixed the problem in an hour had the parts needed in the truck Would recommend for repairAlso gave estimate for possible future repairsCame to the house within hour of being contacted Scott was great and professional
We used Papalia to install central ACOver the four days Roger and his crew were at our house they were very professional, polite, and cleaned up after their workWe are very happy with their service and will use them for our future plumbing and HVAC needs
We have a gold contract with Papalia. We just had a new dehumidifier installed and the job was done with extensive instruction on the system in 3 hours. They have been on time and efficient in all our dealings for the 2 years we have been with them. I highly recommend their outfit.
I have asked Papalia to review my air conditioning twice in the last two yearsEvery year the person who can complete the review has changedFurthermore, the new person has no information available to see what his or her predecessor has proposedYet every time I talk with someone on the phone, they have all this information available on the computer as we speakI find it difficult to understand why an organization has such difficulty sharing informationLastly, when the latest technician arrived to confirm the same proposal sent a year earlier, he asked what had been quoted previouslySo not only does the organization not seem to share information, but they come to a customer site without the informationI find this to be an irritating business practice
Papalia completed the repair to the toilet's handle had snapped offThe tech was on time and completed the repair My only complaint was the costIt was $I could have bought a new toilet for that amountI couldn't wait so I had him complete the minute task
We hired Papalia to do several things for us - installation an iron filtration system, replace an old jacuzzi tub with a 'regular' tub, replace a vanity/sink/faucet, replace a sink/countertop & faucet and replace a pedestal sinkAs with any home project it seems, there were several complications - but, through it all, Brad was professional & super helpful as we strategized through the problemsAdditionally, Kelsey was always pleasant & efficient w/scheduling & billingThe finished projects look fantasticI'd whole-heartedly recommend Kelsey, Brad & Papalia for any of your plumbing needs
My 83-year old Dad needed a plumber to fix a leaking pipe from a bathroomMy Dad had already turned the water off to stop the leaking from the bathroom and told the plumber exactly where the problem wasIt took Papalia Plumbing hour and a small amount of copper pipe to fix the leak; however, Papalia charged my Dad $770! My Dad regrets accepting this crazy expensive quote from Papalia and we'll never use this plumber againPapalia took advantage of my 83-year old Dad who couldn't wait any longer to get this plumbing fix done!
Mike arrived this morning for a problem with a broken shower handle He was very good in explaining everything to us We would not hesitate to recommend Papalia
