In order to get our heating system working, the Papalia technician had to cut a hole in the back wall (abuts guest bathroom) to access the necessary pipe He came back today with an access panel to position over the hole it is spring-loaded, so easy to remove and re-position It is also neat and tidy looking I am impressed that he was able to find such a reasonable resolution It will make access to the back side of our heating system much easier and will prevent having to put a hole in the wall in the future Good thinking!
Papalia was quick to respond to my emergency on backed up toilets I got a call from the business within minutes that a techician was on his way The technician explained the various options available and he cleared the back up He was curteous and professional The back office staff were curteous and Krystal was very personableI was impressed with quick and good service As an option, the technician suggested installing new toilets for about $2000/- (for both) This quote seem to be too high for this kind of job Further evaluation of the quote needs to be studied before going in that direction, otherwise Papalia performed and excellent service

I have asked Papalia to review my air conditioning twice in the last two yearsEvery year the person who can complete the review has changedFurthermore, the new person has no information available to see what his or her predecessor has proposedYet every time I talk with someone on the phone, they have all this information available on the computer as we speakI find it difficult to understand why an organization has such difficulty sharing informationLastly, when the latest technician arrived to confirm the same proposal sent a year earlier, he asked what had been quoted previouslySo not only does the organization not seem to share information, but they come to a customer site without the informationI find this to be an irritating business practice

Over the past months we've used Papalia Plumbing for a new water heater, new kitchen faucet and leak in one of the bathrooms The office employees at Papalia are pleasant, quick to respond and get back to you with answers if they don't have them at their fingertips No "your call is important to us" message from a robot Although we've never had a negative experience with any of the plumbers who have worked here, we were really happy to have Scott do the work mentioned above He's always on time, does early morning calls, is pleasant, and all business But what matters most is that he diagnoses and repairs problems properly and promptly He answered all questions and made recommendations regarding the water heater Although Scott has access to trucks and warehouses of everything a plumber could dream of, he didn't push a particular brand of appliance on us In fact, we chose a Koehler faucet and AO Smith water heater Plumbing fees are expensive for sure, and I don't enjoy having to hire plumbers But we're quite happy with Papalia!
