The Revdex.com does not want to deal with complaints about pricingI guess they feel that it is the customer's responsibility to check out a given company's pricing before you use their services Never the less, I would think that when a company has predatory pricing, the Revdex.com should take notice I am Ok with the $just to come and check out the problem I am not OK with an extra $for hour of diagnosing( and hopefully fixing) a problem with a on demand water heater (condensation on a heat exchanger preventing the embedded computer from allowing the burner to light) minutes with a hair dryer and it now works ( no new parts were needed) No real explanation on why the problem happened or what the real solution may be to prevent it from happening again the future Does anyone(including the Revdex.com) think that a business that charges $250/hour for a plumbing service call should be given an A+ rating? I should have checked yelp before engaging Papalia's services, We use them years ago to install the unit, so it was natural to ask them to fix the problem...never again! They will not even give you an hourly labor rate when you ask over the phone...!?

Our bathroom tub fixtures were a complete mess .Mike was very nice very polite , he quickly assessed the problem gave me a price and had everything he need was in his truck The end result was amazing much better then I hoped forHe took the extra time to make everything perfect After the work was complete they made sure everything was clean and just how they found it We will definitely will be calling Papalia for any of our other needs in the future Thank you very much
