Tech Live Connect, computer service from Texas, phone XXX-XXX-XXXX We have received multiple phone calls from this company stating their license has been cancelled, they mention the Revdex.com and want to refund the money we spentThey ask that I go to my computer to fill out a form and then they will refund the money once $and another $ I refuse to go to my computer and then get pushyMultiple people have called all with the same pitch

The SD Card reader on my HP Pavilion Desktop Computer stopped workingFiguring that it was a bad driver, I downloader their Driver Updates for $only to find out I had to call them in order to activate the driversI was required to allow them remote access to my computerThis is when the bait and switch along with the hard sell tactics startedI was told the driver updates would not work until other "technical issues" were resolvedThey then proceeded to pass me around to other technicians and told be that I needed to pay $to have my computer "working like brand new"TWO hours later my SC Card reader still did NOT workTheir excuse was that it must be a hardware problemI said fine, "Don't make promises you can't keep and I wanted my money refundedThe were very rude and only promised to refund $of the $I had already spent claiming that the did fix some problems with my computer - I don't know what those were and I certainly didn't ask for itI just wanted my card reader to work..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have used Tech Live Support since Dec I have ALWAYS received prompt, friendly assistance with computer problems I never had any computer classes--they will answer my question about computer problem I am VERY thankfull for their support They ALWAYS solve my computer problems and I don't have to wait for the solutions I LOVE the service and have used it many times!!!
