We have received multiple phone calls from this company stating their license has been cancelled, they mention the Revdex.com and want to refund the money we spent. They ask that I go to my computer to fill out a form and then they will refund the money once $249.99 and another $299.99. I refuse to go to my computer and then get pushy. Multiple people have called all with the same pitch.

Tech Live Support is GREAT!! I know very little about computersThey are VERY patient. They ALWAYS ask if I understand. I am 67 years oldnever took computer classes.
