Good service in general

This business is by far one of the best with customer service that I have ever experienced in my whole entire life. The professionalism I experienced that day was truly the best. It went from a day gone horrible wrong with all the negative unfortunate events on my side, to just making one phone call that changed my entire day to a positive one.

The staff team and administration turned my incredibly stressful day into a happy ending that gave me hope for humanity. This team has given me hope that good people are still out there, that there are people who truly care about your safety, and that is why I would give this business a rating of 110 if I could but sadly it only goes up to 10. I would highly recommended this business to everyone I know so they can know that their online personal information is safe in the hands of this business.

Today's experience was finally ended. We started at 4PM local time and now it is past 9:30PM local time. The computer was thoroughly checked and all issues were resolved, except to non-functioning ENTER keys. They told me the age of the computer may have worn-out keys and I said I guess I need a new computer. With no funds saved for this item, I need to start looking and saving for one.

I was very happy with the rep that helped me. He was very knowalagable and courteous.

This is a very aggressive-minded company with a very pushy online presence. Their customer service format is thus non-existent. They begin work before payment is received and are very demanding that they receive payment immediately because they have begun the work, with no leeway for any problems encountered while making payment. I would suggest that customers give this company a wide berth.

Hello my name is [redacted] and Mr. Kind Mayank [redacted] helped me on my pc trying to sign up for a few job applications online cause for 13 sad years I been begging and trying my very hardest to get a job doing anything anyone wants me to as long nothing bad or driving but no one will ever hire me or even give me 1 chance plus I am not good with internet cause most of my life I been cleaning hard and serving people as slaves and never get time to rest, you Indians are my true real friends and its sad that out of all USA people no one ever cares or helps me to get a job so I can live a life, except you special true hear-ted caring patient respectful beautiful Indians from a different county from Indian truly always helps me try to get a job in USA from internet. plus you all Indians I wish I could meet you all and do anything for you Indians.
