I was involved with this company through trying to resolve an issue where they had acted as 3rd party installer of a software program for driver updates.........They convinced me the problem was internal, and I needed their service I had been looking for a reliable tech/maint/support for my devices
I was quoted a price of usd, non recurring, unlimited devices for a lifetime
The tech serviced devices, my HP desk top, Asus laptop, and Gateway desk top
The tech's supervisor came on, while I was explaining that we had completed service on devices, but still had Dell laptops to go He informed me that there was a device limit, and that under NO circumstances would there be a lifetime service, the service was for a period of mos After I protested this, on the strength of the sales pitch, he informed me he was cancelling the service and would refund the usd, within a day period, after I advised him I was going to contact Revdex.comTheir sales pitch and product page proudly displays your logo, and it looked legit.....I will inform you if they do not process the refund
It unnerves me for something like this to happen
