My experience today was a very positive one. The tech Shubham S[redacted] was very helpful and curteous. I have no complaints and would recommend this service to others.

The SD Card reader on my HP Pavilion Desktop Computer stopped working. Figuring that it was a bad driver, I downloader their Driver Updates for $29 only to find out I had to call them in order to activate the drivers. I was required to allow them remote access to my computer. This is when the bait and switch along with the hard sell tactics started. I was told the driver updates would not work until other "technical issues" were resolved. They then proceeded to pass me around to other technicians and told be that I needed to pay $249 to have my computer "working like brand new". TWO hours later my SC Card reader still did NOT work. Their excuse was that it must be a hardware problem. I said fine, "Don't make promises you can't keep and I wanted my money refunded. The were very rude and only promised to refund $180 of the $278 I had already spent claiming that the did fix some problems with my computer - I don't know what those were and I certainly didn't ask for it. I just wanted my card reader to work..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The technician and the team worked relentlessly until they got my two printers operating wirelessly even though I did not have the disk drives to have them working. They were patient and professional in their manner and in their technical savvy. They did not leave me until they got every thing done and every thing working and offered to help me beyond that if I needed to. I was very grateful to them and my frustration from not being able to use the printers has vanished.

I have had such a good experience with this business. The technician assigned to my repair by her manager Akash [redacted] was knowledgeable, experienced, polite and very skilled in her craft. I believe [redacted] to be representative of what this company stands for: good work ethic; fixing the problem in the least amount of time and leaving no stone unturned. I will call them back if I have another problem.
