Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Although I disagree with Tech Vantedge that the $348 was for 6 months unlimited service for 2-computers.  On March **, 2015 after I was called by [redacted] Tech Vantedge would not work on my computer until I paid the $199 for the [redacted] program he said I needed and I was the one that told [redacted] that my renewal would be up on April **, 2015 because the paper [redacted] sent me who was the salesman I spoke with on April **, 2014 wrote on my computer I had 365 days of unlimited service.  The $149 was for unlimited service for 2-computers for one year.  If my computer was in such bad shape then that does not say a lot for their company as I had a contract with them from April **, 2014 and they had worked on both my computers and the last time they serviced my computers was on January **, 2015 for maintenance and [redacted] worked on both computers.
Sincerely,

I received back the money owed to me by filing a fraud claim with my credit union.  I have not had any further contact with this company since I filed my complaint.  I am glad that with the assistance of my credit union I was able to get a refund,...

however I feel this company preys on a person's fears and their practices are very deceptive.  They should not be able to continue these unethical business practices.

If this company isn't a scam, it's close to it. They sold me a security subscription package after I got a "notice" on my screen from [redacted] that I had a major Russian Virus. There was a number to call. The [redacted] "[redacted]" claimed to be representing [redacted] and sold me a security solution.
They since call me regularly to get into my computer which I refuse to do. Today I got a call from "[redacted]". When I refused to allow him to get into my computer, he swore at me, called me [redacted] and gay (which is funny because I am ;-)
Poor service and I truly believe I was scammed.
