Teddy Nissan is indeed honoring the original warranty and will be replacing and repairing the transmission issues at no chargeThe customer has been notified and is pleased and agrees that this issue if settled

I bought a certified pre own nissan rouge last month and with in that month my car has been in service 5x and they still haven't fix the issue, I spoke to the dealer's manager regarding this matter and I asked him if they don't check the cars before they sell it and he said " that's what happens when you buy used cars" I told him I been buying used cars since I can remember and this never happened to me before.I told him that I didn't want that lemon and I will file a complaint to evry place I could think of and he said "If thats the way you feel" I guess customer satisfaction doesn't matter to Teddy Nissan and for that I will not recommend this dealer to any one
And some staff need customer service

We ran a service history to have an idea of mileage in trade for appraisal. The customer has about milesThis makes putting a deal together very hardShe is about flip.

Our Finance Manager spoke with the customer on the phone and made arrangements for him to come in and review all itemsThe customer didnt follow thru on the appointment and has not contacted the Finance Manager

This customer had a significant amount of negative equity in current vehicleWe earnestly tried to obtain lending approval from several banks, but were unable to obtain for the customerAt no time did we request or receive any money or deposit from the customer

Teddy Nissan of Bronx,NY, tries to scare customers into unneeded service repairs on their vehicles by telling them they need repairs at extremely high costs; My brother brought his Nissan Versa for a recall March of this year and they told him he needed brakes for $The recall was done and my brother brought his car to his mechanic and the barkes were fineThen on JUne **, he brought car in for a defective coolant fan covered under warranty and they wanted to charge $for an unneeded coolant flushThe car was there for days as they had to order new fan and I went to teddy Nissan on July * to pick up car and was told at 12:pm that car was being worked on and have to pay $for coolant flush which we did not authorizeAt about 2:pm service advisor states that car is missing and we cannot find itI said I thought car was being worked on and he said he thought so tooAfter looking for car for 1/hrit was found by me in their lot three blocks awayI told them to only fix coolant fan under warrantyThey did not offer any apologiesTeddy Nisasan practices outrageous conduct and should be investigated for deceptive practices

Addressing factual errors: this car was purchased on 3/*/15, the only time this car was brought to our service department was on 8/**/and we were merely asked to change a flat tire, and there was no charge for our service.According to Nissan Corp records, this customer filed a roadside assistance
claim in Medford, MA, on 8/**/Apparently another repair facility has been working on this vehicle.Since part of filing a Revdex.com complaint is to try in good faith to resolve the issue with the business that you had the issue with, we are perplexed why we have been named in the complaint.We have no standing or obligation for this claim

This customer was contacted by [redacted], and he offered the customer the option of cancelling the warranty. The customer declined, and asked that it be left as is.

I was told by the [redacted] that regardless of the negative equity on my car they were positive and they will be able to put me in a new vehicle and also suggested that once my I can have my vehicle repossessed by the bank they will then be able to get me a loan for a new car. I find this hard to believe because with me allowing a bank to repo my car that would actually destroy my credit significantly. Also, I do not appreciate Teddy Nissan destroying my credit even more after making 25 inquiries against my credit which has now lowered my credit score another 20 to 30 points. This dealer, sales person named [redacted] also said he would be able to still work with me with no money down which is why he processed my paperwork and made copies of my registation, etc. The sales guy quote on quote said "he goal is to make a sale and if he knew he was not going to make a sale off me he would not be waisting his time with me and processing my paperwork and taking me on test drives in their new vehicles". I was lied to, cheated on and now they have destroyed my credit. They even appraised my car and told me they were going to bury the negative equity, I do not know how but he said he would be able to bury the negative equity and I told him not to do that to just add it to a new loan. He said regardless of my credit which was higher than it is now, he said he would still be able to put me in a new vehicle but that my car payments would be higher, I have proof my income which he said proves I make more than enough money to make the payments. I was only late once on my car payment out of the 11 months having this vehicle. I want RESOLVED them putting me in the new vehicle they promised me and drawing up a new loan as they stated would happen and fixing the situation I now have to face with all the credit bureaus after they made an additional 25 inquiries against my credit. I should not have to be treated this way, spoken to the way I was and lied to by sales guys. [redacted] even told me that he was guaranteed to put me in a new vehicle because the lady he took care of before me was unemployed and still was able to walk out of the car lot in a new vehicle. NOW answer me on how he was able to make that happen??

The vehicle was reviewed here by our Nissan factory trained technicians and also at Chrysler by their technicians. Both sets of technicians found no issues with the vehicle.

I am happy to anounce the postive energy and excellent customer service that I recieved from teddy nissan and its employees. I purchased a new 2016 Nissan Maxima from teddy and I was percieved well right when I entered the dealership till the end when the delivery team did their job at the end. Thank you Mr. K[redacted] and Mr. L[redacted]
for all your great help. Thank you Mr. A[redacted] for the finance process as well. you all are a outstanding team.!

Our loan was made by TeddyNissan -- not an outside lender. We explained this to Nissan over and over and over again. We just get the run-around.

We had to re-process the refund.
Called the customer/left message,  to inform him that it is done.  $50.00 was refunded to his account.
Should be in his account in 72 hrs.
