As stated, we have removed the customer from all databases.

We are sorry that the customer changed their mind for whatever reason, however, there is no grace period in New York after the customer takes delivery of a vehicle. The info that the dealership gave to the customer is accurate.

We are sorry you feel this way. This is definitely outside the norm. We have been in business for five-plus years, service over 1200 cars per month and are the top-rated dealer in customer service satisfaction. Our very hard working service staff of dedicated, factory-trained employees, have earned their honest reputation. We are afraid that without any proof there isn't anything more we can do.

As the #1 Nissan dealer in NY for customer satisfaction, we went ahead and made this customer a good-faith offer to settle.. The customer accepted and received our offer and through the customer's endorsement, agreed that the settlement was "in-full and final."  Customer received all applicable rebates and incentives for which qualified. With reference to finance charges, it is the customer's prerogative to apply any or all money received to the lender to lower finance charges that the customer qualified for and agreed to.

My experience with Teddy Nissan has been unprofessional and unacceptable. I purchased a used certified vehicle on 2/**/15 and have had several issues (seatbelt, airbag light, VDC light, brakes, rattling/crackling noise, trunk rattles, bolts fell off mudguard). I gave the service department a chance to fix it (it has been in the service dept four times since I bought it!) but they were unable to remedy all issues The last time I was there the [redacted] refused to give me paperwork acknowledging the concerns. I took the time to go to another Nissan to diagnose the issues and received documentation that the problems persist. I bought it back to Teddy Nissan and they still refused to acknowledge the issues. Recently their offer was to lease (I financed the car I purchased) for $70 more than I am currently paying. How is this acceptable? I get sold a lemon car and they then get more money from me?
I would not wish their customer service on my worst enemy. These guys rip off customers and they don't care. The car is unsafe as the noises are still present and the car remains parked in the driveway while I rack up rental car bills. It's so frustrating that my vehicle turned out to garbage and even worse that they don't find it necessary to fix a situation.
DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM TEDDY NISSAN!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!!

[Teddy Nissan did not give me back what is fully owed to me.  They overcharged me and I had to pay finance charges.  I need an explanation as to why the rebate was added to the original price of the vehicle,  making the vehicle more than what it is supposed to be and why my job discount wasn’t applied to the vehicle.  Teddy Nissan fraud me .  Because of their fraud I ended up paying more for the 2014 Nissan Murano.  They business practices are  illegal and should be looked into.  I want what is due back to me, they cheated me.  And yes I’m am calling Teddy Nissan a fraud.  ]

 The car was brought in for a key to be programmed THATS ALL. The car was driven to the dealership NOT towed there. I never had any problems with my car since I bought it. My car was running in exellent condition. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE anyone to put it up on a rig(or whatever you call it) to service it or touch anything but what I brought it in for. I expected to get a key programmed and be on my way but that was not the case. Your mechanic busted what he needed to in order to get more money out of me and that was not right. Two of your employees (i wont name their names but they will be relevant sources to my lawsuit) told my fiance that "that is what they do. They mess up your car more in order to get more money out of you." My fiance also received a phone call from a representative of that dealership the very next day offering to trade in the car for a new one in order to get a sale. Seriously! Is this what you do to people? My car was not brought to you leaking oil or needing brake switch and harness. You are a fraud and everyone will know this, rest assured. After talking to some people they informed me that this particular dealership was on "[redacted]" news show before for the same type of scam. Sir, my car need to be fixed because I depend on it to go to work and have been struggling because of this. Please fix these damages that YOUR mechanic caused so that I can be on my way. My car never came to you in that manner. I request that you give it back to me the same way I brought it in, WORKING PERFECTLY FINE.

On Sept ** 2016 Mr Christopher JN-B[redacted] call me and ask me to come ant talk to them I talk him that I will be there next day but I couldn't make it that day I call him back hi didn't answer his phone I left a message that I will be there on Saturday Nov * 2016 on that dayI spoke with David G[redacted] and he say why I have to report them to the Revdex.com and I say that I didn't like what they did to me then he took me the see Mr Christopher  JN-B[redacted]  we when in side and office and talk he ask me what I want I say that I didn't want to pay the $10.000 Dollar that they over charge me  then Mr Christopher took me to other office to meed with David G[redacted] and other manager I forgot his mane with talk for about 5 or 10 minute a about the amount of the loan I ask then to remove it they say no because I sign the agreement and somebody have to suck up I say to  them that I finish talking and I left  and for them to say I didn't go to the meeting some body is no telling the true to their boss they should look at their video and they will see me their .

While this customer did indeed purchase a vehicle from Teddy Nissan, it was financed through a lender and their payments were made to the lender. Lien Releases are issued from the lender, not the seller. Customer needs to contact their lender.

Do not do any business with Teddy Nissan . Took my child's mother to them in November 2014 to purchase a Nissan Rogue . They sold her warranty for $2500 with this vehicle .June 2016 the All wheel drives begins to lock up ; causing a vibration in the rear end. Took the truck to Teddys they said the warranty did not cover it . I towed the truck from there shop to Star Nissan .Star Nissan fixed the vehicle with the same warranty. Teddy Nissan is a rip off .

We arent aware or responsible for pre-owned vehicle recalls. That is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Contrary to what is stated in the complaint, this vehicle passed NY State Inspection. Regardless, we have already rectified all concerns and the recalls placed by the manufacturer of this...

pre-owned vehcile have been fully addressed.

The facts we stated remain. In good faith, we attempted to obtain lending approvals
for the customer from several banks. They each rejected this customer's
application. We didn’t request or receive any money from this customer and made
no promises or gave any advice contrary to our core values of treating our
customers in a positive, friendly, helpful, respectful, professional &
enthusiastic manner. Our integrity is supported by our industry leading
independent customer satisfaction scores.

This is a mis-communication issue and we are unsure how it occurred. We have contacted this customer and advised her that we are pleased to replace her key at no charge.
