300 dollar plus order from teeki the order 5/6 plus weeks to arrive. Refused to honor return possibly. I file a dispute with the bank no avail.
I have a bunch cheery emails from them sorry they help with the return the website never work the free return label were never given to me they said go ahead return but the website said items not allowed to return. The company did not honor the return policy and its very Frustrating I tried to return on 3/12/19 after receiving on 2/19/19 and they just stoped responding to my emails after sending me hi love! We'd love to help . Kisses and rainbows all this *** wording in the emails but also really Condescending I'm not helpful. Would not allow me to return. Sent me links that did not work for returns

I would like an apology. When I spent over $300 with the company it very rude and inconsiderate for them to not honor the return policy. It's also very frustrating when following up with the bank and filing for false advertising also comes with no justice. I work hard for my money and I expect those whom I give money for a service to honor their publicly promised policy and to respect my time energy as a paying costumer. *** did not Do either of these things. I feel they must have lied to the bank as well because the emails sent to me promised to help With returns and then no follow up. The deception of the emails is extra irritating . I really wanted to like this band but I have to tell people when I wear the pants that I did want to keep to not buy from them directly because the have poor business practice.

Still have an $200 teeki gift card but the business contacts has never replied the emails.

My business placed a wholesale order on 2/18/2019 for $***. I have the copy of my invoice and the charge on my account and did not receive order
We were notified that we would receive our order and never did. Teeki stopped answering our emails and phone calls. We told the credit card company it was a fraud transaction because we never received the order. They said that we had agreed to the order and thus we had to work it out with the company. The company is completely non-responsive. I have asked many times for Teeki to refund our $***. They have not responded.

It has been over a year and they have not fulfilled our wholesale order nor answered any of our emails or phone calls asking for a refund.

I placed an order on 3/8/20 for 3 items totaling $162.50. The order number was #***. I used PayPal to pay.
I never received the items and now I am looking online, and it seems as though the company has gone out of business. How do I get my money back? I am attaching confirmation emails to this complaint.

I want my money back from the pair of pants I bought and they didn't send. And I want my money back from the gift card I have and I can't use.
I bought a pair of pants a while ago and I wrote teeki to tell them they didn't send me the correct pair of pants. They answered me saying they could give me a promo code. I didn't want that and told them that I wanted a refund or the pant I ordered.
Now I want a refund because a lot of time has passed and customer service is awful.

Also, I bought a gift card and I had some credit on it (around $60-$80 left on the gift card) and I can't see it anymore, and I can't get into teeki website. I want my money back. If they were to close, they should have let me know in order to use the money I have left on my gift card.

I bought two gift cards $50 & $300. I never used them and never got refunded the money.
On December 18, 2019 I bought two gift cards from Teeki. One for $50 the other for $300. The $50 was a Christmas gift for a friend. The & $300 was for me. I never got to use them and was never refunded the money.
I tried contacting them to try and use the cards and found out they went out of business. Then when I asked for a refund I never got an answer. Then all the contacts I had for the company stopped working.
I used to love their products. Now I just feel taken

I expect a full refund from this business. Unfortunately the card I used was recently compromised according to my bank and I will need the money returned to a current card.

I purchased a gift card and never got to use it.
I purchased a gift card of $60.00 on December 18, 2019. I go to use the gift card and find out the company went of of business. I never got a notice saying to use the card soon, before they go out of business. I do not make a lot of money and now I am out $60.00.

Teeki sold me a gift card then went out of business!
I am so angry and upset with Teeki, and I see I am not the only one. I am a long-time Teeki customer and I absolutely loved their pants. However, the last few years they kept advertising "new collection coming soon" and would offer sales on gift cards, but then the new collections never materialized. I bought a $200 gift card and a $250 gift card and I kept waiting for them to release new pants or re-stock old styles in my size, and now it appears they have gone out of business and I am out all of this money! I am so so so angry. I am a yoga teacher, I know Teeki pants are well-loved but this type of business practice goes against everything yoga stands for and I thought Teeki was a good company but it seems that everything they posted was a lie!

I want a full refund on the gift cards that I purchased. Teeki stole everyone's money and then went out of business. This is completely unfair and so wrong and I am so upset to see how many other people have been scammed by this company.

I ordered 2 pair of pants on 11/29/19 Teeki charged my credit card and I never got the pants.
On 11/29/2019 I ordered 2 pair of Teeki pants from Teeki.com. Deer medicine bell bottoms size small. Snake lite hot pants size small. Sub total 112.23 plus 8.50 shipping. Total order 120.73. Order number *** My visa was charged and I never received the pants. Tried contacting them in February (2/16/20) with an email and have heard nothing.
As of today 3/24/20 still no pants and no resolution.

I ordered 3 yoga pants for USD151.32 on 4 Dec 2019 and paid via credit card. No delivery even 3 months later 7 Mar 2020 , no response fr Teeki.
Order number *** for 3 pants (high horses blue hot pants, southern cross black hot pants, Tarot Magick Hot pants) on 4 Dec 2019 for delivery to HOng Kong. Online order , paid via credit card(visa,). No delivery for past 3 m0nths n no answers to support email. Still advertising on website even though numerous other people have complained of non delivery of their ordered products.

I have since received the pants in mid march after almost 4 months. nevertheless I deem the case closed

I placed an order (#***) with Teeki.com for the amount of $176.00 USD back in September 10, 2019. The company sent notice on November 14, 2019 that my order has 'shipped' (in transit) and provided tracking details. However, looking at the tracking status, it did not leave the warehouse at all. No response from *** when you send them an email inquiring about your order status. This company is fraudulent, they have swindled a lot of money from people already. They state on Facebook that they have fulfilled 100% of their orders but, it looks like one has received any orders.

Other (requires explanation) I would like for the company to give me a refund of $176.00. They are not an honest company and have very bad business practices.

I ordered from Teeki on January 7th, 2020. I haven't received confirmation of shipment and customer service isn't responding to my multiple emails.
I submitted my order and payment through my visa credit card to Teeki on January 7th, where I received an order confirmation #***. On January 14th I emailed the company to ask for a confirmation of shipping. I didn't receive a response. On January 15th I emailed again to double check, again no response. On February 14th I emailed to let them know I was reporting them to Revdex.com but wanted to give them a chance to amend before I did that and still no response. When I placed my order, it said it would be two weeks shipping. I would like either a refund or my package to be delivered. I have more photos but the form won't let me submit them.

I ordered a pair of yoga pants in September 2019 from Teeki. My order was confirmed and I was charged, but I never received my order
I placed an order on 9/10/19 for $80.50, Moon Dance hot pants, size M (confirmation: ***). I followed up with emails to customer service in October and November inquiring about my order status, no reply. The company was active on Instagram and still selling via their website, even hosting black Friday deals, while many customers were posting on instagram that they never received their orders (the company has since disabled/deleted comments). I then got a 'delivery confirmation' in December (USPS tracking: ***), but it's now February, and the status remains 'label created,' and I have not received my order. I have sent two additional emails to two different email addresses to Teeki (from website & past orders), with no response. I feel this company should be held accountable for these unscrupulous business practices, especially still selling merchandise on their website and taking customers' money when they are not fulfilling orders from last year. I had previously had good experiences with the company, so would simply like for them to make this right.
