I placed and paid for an order with this online company and have not received my items or any correspondence.
I ordered items on the Teeki.com website December 2, 2019 in the amount of $83.88. I received a confirmation of my order stating that the order was processing and shipping should be 2-4 weeks. It is now February 11, 2020 and I haven't received my order or any further correspondence since placing that order on 12/2/19. I have emailed several times with no response and there is no sign of a phone number on their website to even call. They shut comments off on the their Instagram posts and haven't posted a thing since December. I truly believe at this point that something isn't right; someone must be using their name to have loyal customers shop on the website and take our money. I have never had an issue with ordering from Teeki in the past. I have always received my orders within 2 weeks time with plenty of communication. Something is very wrong here. I have basically given up on the thought that I'll ever receive my items or my money back.

I demand that I either receive my items as soon as possible that I bought and paid for or a full refund.

On 11/06/2019, I placed an order for two pairs of yoga pants. My card was charged in the amount of $175.39. I have never received my items.
On 11/06/2019, I ordered two pairs of pants from Teeki.com. The order number is #*** (document attached). On that same date, my card was charged in the amount of $175.39 (document attached). No items have arrived although a shipping label was generated.

I have contacted Teeki.com four times since to inquire why 01/24/2020; 02/04/2020; 02/05/2020; and 02/07/2020 (document attached). I have received no reply.

I would like to receive the items I've ordered. If they are not available, then I would like a refund in full to my credit card.

I have made an order 10 weeks ago and still waiting for my order to be shipped. I haven't got any replies to my several emails.
I have made an order on the Teeki website, on the 29th of November 2019 - 10 weeks ago (order #***). I payed *** dollars by credit card. My order was supposed to be shipped after 2 to 4 weeks. It's been 10 weeks now and I am still waiting. I sent 4 emails to those I have not received any reply. I tried to call them but the phone number is not working. I feel completely helpless.

(cant claim it through paypal any more, cause the time frame of 6 months is over - if I would have known about this option earlier...)
As I assumed it can last a while to ship overseas, I tried to contact Teeki in June via mail. No answers. Their support email receives my mails (cause I get the automatic confirmation), but I never ever got a specific answer.
If I click on my ordernumber in their mail, and their site and my order appears and it looks like I could still receive it any time. Also sending company globegistics if I try to track my parcel it says enrout to regional department. So I contacted Globegistics, they looked after the tracking number and said my order was shipped back to Teeki, and I should contact them, Globegistics cant do any more for me.
And Teeki, well never answers, or reacts.

I want my 126,40 USD refunded asap to my paypal account, or the order delivered asap.

I have emailed 13 times, called a help line that doesnt answer, and messaged on Facebook.
Still no response, however I receive emails asking to buy more products so someone is there. There are hundreds of complaints online. Really sad as they have taken our money.

Incomplete Order Fulfillment, No Response, No Issue Resolution
I placed an order for two items. My card was charged for both, $160, on October 8, 2019. One of the two items was preordered, noting shipment in 2-4 weeks. I finally received a shipment from Teeki in December; however, it only contained one of the two items ordered. Even after significant delay of order fulfillment and shipment, my order was shipped incomplete at 50%. I am still missing the item that was preordered. I have sent eight emails about my incomplete order to *** requesting information, refund, or assistance. I have not received any response. I have enjoyed Teeki hot pants for many years and I am very disappointed to have to file a complaint with the Revdex.com due to their lack of response and failure to address and resolve this order fulfillment and customer service issue.

Never received products ordered Dec 19th. I desire a refund, but they won't respond to emails. Shut them down!!!
Below I will attach my order number. I have bought clothes from Teeki for years with no issues. Around Christmas Teeki advertised 40% off of gift cards. My young sister who doesn't have much money bought one for me as a gift. I purchased the pants I wanted, and waited. I never received an email with shipping details. The pants also never arrived. I sent three emails trying to contact support. I tried the phone number on IG and it of course was not valid. I left a message on IG which has yet to be seen. Then my husband searched, and saw all the complaints on Revdex.com. I am appalled, and I am hurt. This seemingly ethical company is stealing money from all types of people. These are not cheap products. The pants ordered cost $85.50 How dare they get away with such an awful scam. This business must be shut down, and people must either receive their purchased items or be refunded immediately. I truly hope this matter will be resolved. We deserve justice.

I ordered a pair of large bell pants (December 2019). I was charged and I never received them. I contacted teeki twice via email and didn't get a reply. I contacted them on Instagram and didn't get a reply. I recently called the provided phone number and it did not go through.

Ordered $130 worth of merchandise on November 29, 2019. They charged my credit card but I never received the product Or a reply to numerous emails.
I never received the order #*** but my credit card was billed the $129.55 on nov. 29th, 2019. I never got an update, never got a reply to my numerous emails to both their addresses (***), and never received the products: 2 yoga pants The 'Golden cat crop flares' small and the 'Tarot magic bellbottoms' small.

I never received my order placed on 11/29/2019, and the company won't respond to my emails inquiring about my order.
I placed my order on 11/29/2019, Order #***. I never received an email from Teeki with shipping info, and my order has still not been delivered. I emailed Teeki three times 12/30/2019, 1/09/2020, and 1/13/2020 asking about the status of my order, and still have received no reply. The order was for: Vintage Cat Tube Top PRE ORDER ships in 2-4 weeks and Deer Medicine Crop Flares PRE ORDER ships in 2-4 weeks. I spent $82.20, and confirmed with my credit card company that the payment went through. I even tried leaving comments and messages on Instagram and found that I am not the only customer that hasn't received replies to emails and others are missing orders too. I'm shocked because I have been a customer for years and never had a problem before. I would like to receive a refund at this point since I never received my order.

My order was never received after 60+ days and my 5+ emails to Teeki have gone unanswered.
I placed an order with Teeki on Black Friday 11/29/2019 order number *** for a sale pant and a back order item 2-4 weeks lead time. It is now Jan 19th and after more than 5 email to their multiple accounts I have not received any answer. I never received a shipping email so it's like my order was forgotten about. With the amount of complaints on here and online it seems this company is a fraud or went out of business.

I spent $114 on 2 tanks, and can't get anyone to answer my questions about where they are. I've emailed several times and have heard nothing.

I placed an *** on November 16th, 2019. The order was for $106.50. I received a confirmation for the order and never received any notification of shipping, etc. After a month I reached out via two different email addresses with no response. I also tried contacting the phone number and it is disconnected. It has now been two months since I placed the order. I have not received the order, I have not been refunded for the order, and I have heard nothing from their customer service department. Their social media is covered in comments from others who have placed orders never to receive them.

I ordered a pair of leggings on Novemer 29, 2019. My card was charged, but I've never recieved the pants.
I ordered a pair of leggings at $56.74 on November 29th. My order number is ***. My card was charged but I have not recieved my order, in fact it looks like it still hasn't shipped. I've attempted to contact customer service twice and no response.

At this point I just want my money back. Even if I get the pants, what if they don't fit and I have to return or exchange? Clearly that's never going to happen with this company so I just want my order cancelled and my money back. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I purchased a gift card and placed an order for yoga pants that I never received.
On April 25, 2019 I purchased a $200 gift card from teeki for $120, order #***. On September 10, 2019 I ordered a pair of yoga pants using part of the gift card for $87.50, order #*** for which I never received. I've contacted their customer service directly 5 times and reached out through social media and I've never received a response.

I had no idea Teeki was in trouble as a company. I have been a customer for years. When they offered a Black Friday sale I made a order on 11/29/2019. It was supposed to be sent within 2-4 weeks. I never received my order or any correspondence since. On 12/30/2019 I sent the first of three emails inquiring about my order. No one replied. I have since filed a complaint with Revdex.com and alerted my credit card of the fraud. They blocked comments on Instagram too. I guess I'm not the only one who has paid without receiving an order.
